Spacious 3 bedroom, detached family villa in a gated community. Set next to a beautiful communal swimming pool, open all year round. The property, which is situated in Los Altos, is only a short drive from Torrevieja, where you will find its: beaches, shops, restaurants, funfair, market, harbour walk and water parks.

Restaurants, bars, bakery and a chemist within 100 metres from the villa, including an Indian, Chinese, pizza and steak restaurant. In addition to this, there is a popular sports bar, 'The Lime Bar', which shows all of the football matches, live on big screens. This is amongst other family friendly cafes which provide free Wifi.

Local bus stop 200 metres away, taking you to the Blue Flag beach of La Zenia, and to the now famous Zenia Boulevard with its array of shops, coffee bars, children's entertainment, bowling, arcades and a whole floor dedicated to eating out- open late into the night. The Boulevard has entertainment on a regular basis and is well worth a visit.

The blue flag beaches of the Orihuelia Costa is under 10 minutes drive away, or a nice walk. You will find the famous 'Nautilus' fish restaurant on the Punta Prima beach, serving excellent food and drinks on the seafront with spectacular views. La Zenia beach and Cabo Roig beaches are also close by.

Villamartin Plaza with its multiple restaurants, bars and live entertainment, is under 10 minutes drive away- for a fabulous night out.

If you like your golf then you are in the right place! There are 3 golf courses very close to the villa, the closest being Villamartin golf course which is approximately 1.5 miles away. Ramblas golf course is around 3 miles from the villa and Las Colinas golf course is around 4 miles; all very close and convenient to get to by car.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, air conditioning and a ceiling fan .

There is one main bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and washbasin .There is also a separate downstairs toilet and basin. Both hand and bath towels will be provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, this includes a: cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, washing machine, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.

The living room has two sofas and a dining table and chairs. It has a large flat screen TV with a DVD player and CD stereo. There are a range of discs to borrow at your convenience.

On the top floor of the villa, you will find a private sun terrace with distant sea views, and amazing sunset views. The outside of the property has been freshly painted and there is a newly paved terrace on the ground floor, wrapped around the villa, with a 6 seater rattan table and chairs for you to enjoy al fresco dining, sun canopy’s are provided for shade in the summer sun.

The communal swimming pool is right next door to the villa. This is open all year and has beautiful gardens for you to sit and relax in the sunshine. For safety, there is a sectioned off, shallow section of the pool for children to enjoy.

Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa by car or taxi, you can also get a bus directly from the airport to Torrevieja bus station.

PLEASE NOTE :
KEY HOLDER FEE : we charge 10€ before 6pm (15€ after 6pm) for our key holders to meet you at the property, which is payable by yourselves upon arrival.

CLEANING /LAUNDRY FEE : We charge a cleaning and laundry fee of 75€, which is payable by yourselves to the key holder upon arrival.

We do not allow smoking or vaping inside the property.

No Dogs (or any other pets)
