  • El Mirador is a fully registered (VT-443789-A ) apartment which has two bedrooms, one double & one twin. There is a full bathroom with shower over bath and a second walk-in large shower room. The lounge / diner opens onto the south-facing balcony with amazing sea views.
    There is a community pool, secure parking, shared roof terrace with brick built BBQ.
    The apartment has lift access and is wheelchair friendly.
    There is a safe for use by guests.
    Facilities include Satellite T.V. incorporating a wide choice of channels in variuos languages and Free Wi-Fi. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and fans for the lounge.
    The apartment block offers its own bars/restaurant overlooking the sea on the ground floor. Very handy for breakfasts and one of the best Spanish restaurants in Cabo Roig!
    Nearby facilities include restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, banks, Internet cafes - all within easy walking distance. A Health-Centre, which also deals with emergencies, is located opposite the rear of the apartment building. There is also an excellent pharmacy close by. On Thursdays the local market is held right outside with fresh local produce on your doorstep.

Estancia en Orihuela

El apartamento corresponde totalmente con las fotografias. Tiene todo lo indispensable para una estancia agradable incluido accesorios como sillas, palas, sombrillas para usar en la piscina y la playa. Tiene zona de restauración con diversas opciones de cocina (italiana, argentina, india, mexicana, española, etc...) así como pubs donde tomar cocteles y copas. El trato con la propietaria es el adecuado. Recomendaria este apartamento.

Perfect Location

This property had everything you could possibly need and was in a perfect location.Convient for bars, restaurants, supermarket etc.It was good value for money and I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Cabo roig.

This is a excellent apartment it has a great location for bars restaurants and beaches will definitely recommend it to family and friends I have booked the apartment for later on in the year can’t wait.

We really enjoyed our stay,close to everything, lively view.sunbeds need renewing, tired and some broken.we stayed three wks,extra bedding was left but i thought we would of had another visit from the cleaners given the time period but overall we had a lovely stay

What a View. Superb Just what we needed Blue sky Blue Sea Palm Trees and SunApartment had everything we needed away from the Strip peaceful. You walk as little way and there it is all the cafes bars and restaurants full of life

Very nice clean appartment with everything what you need for great holidays. Nearby sandy beach is like private beach, not crowded and with clean water. The bigger beach with the kids castle and other entertainment is only 15 mins walk . The supermarket and the big pharmacy are not too far, may be 5 min walk. Ground floor restaurants are not noisy at all, I worried about this, but they closed at 11ish... Thank you for welcoming pack. We enjoyed our stay and had great time there.

Lovely apartment, everything we needed

We loved the location of this apartment and the views were great. Everything you could possibly need is in this apartment, it really was like a home from home. The location was great with good coastal walks on your doorstep. The restaurant below was great value and good food as were many bars/restaurants within walking distance. We would love to return x

We have just spent a fantastic week at this property. 5* cleanliness, wonderful sea views and communal pool was outstanding. Communication with owners was brilliant and we were able to access the property early. Can't fault it. Excellent market, excellent eateries and brilliant value for money. Thank you

Amazing

Absolutely fantastic place, better than we expected and the view from the balcony is fantastic.There’s a market every Thursday morning till 2pm that sells everything from rotisserie chicken to sun hats. The bars and restaurants are literally a two minute walk from the apartment and there is a Spanish restaurant directly beneath it, add that to the Marinasol and you really have everything literally on your doorstep. There was a welcome pack when we arrived quite late which was a godsend.

lovely

we stayed at this apartment a few years and it was superb then and it still is! We love the location and views even though, as others have said, sometimes noise can be heard from the bars below. However, people's laughter and banter is not the worst noise in the world so it didn't bother us at all. the apartment has everything you need and for a relaxed holiday and there was even a small welcome pack which was greatly appreciated.... no doubt we'll be back!

Just what we needed

Everything from start to finish was perfect . The host was always helpful & recommended someone to do transfers he was lovely & very knowledgeable. We were met at the property by the key holders & everything was easy . Murcia airport puts Gatwick to Shame it was so well organised. Wish we could have stayed another week & enjoyed the facilities & upgraded airconditioning.. Thank you

Nice Apartment with Beautiful Sunny Outlook

The apartment was well appointed and everything my Wife & I needed for a relaxing holiday. The initial provision of food, beer and wine was a very nice touch and set our holiday off on the right footing. Double bed was rather firm for us, capacity of hot water tank meant showers were short, so I fear if there were 4 people needing showers one after the other, this could be challenging. The fob for car parking gate needed new battery, which we replaced ourselves. Just felt this should have been checked prior to arrival. On a whole I would recommend for a relaxing holiday or like us who like some activity in long coastal walks and nearby golf courses.
