We’d love to welcome you to our wonderful property in the highly sought after Verdemar complex, very close to Villamartin golf course and bars/restaurants. The Orihuela Costa with blue flag beaches is a short 8 minute drive away.
Property description
The property has been totally refurbished, it is of a traditional Spanish design but decorated and furnished in a high quality, contemporary style.
You step inside to a large open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living area has two settees and a TV unit with flat screen TV, complete with English and Spanish TV channels, fibre optic Wi-Fi, Playstation, games and reading books.
The living area has a dining table and four chairs, which overlooks the good sized, sunny front terrace and front garden with orange tree. There is hot and cold air conditioning.
The master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, vanity unit and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead directly into the rear garden with a lemon tree to compliment your drinks.
The guest bedroom has two single beds, built in wardrobes and also with a ceiling fan.
The large bathroom is fully tiled and has a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
Up a short flight of steps, you will find a lovely sunny, private and tranquil rooftop solarium, complete with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and BBQ. The front terrace or solarium ideal for Al Fresco dining or just relaxing and soaking up the sunshine.
The communal swimming pool, in a gated landscaped green area is a 30 second walk away. There is also community parking.
Surrounding area
There is much to do in this area. Less than 700 meters away, La Fuente Commercial Centre features a number of restaurants/bars, supermarket, pharmacy and bank. Close by is the Villamartin Plaza which has regular live entertainment in the high season. The Orihuela Costa with blue flag beaches, including La Zenia, Cabo Roig are a short 5 min drive away.
For golf lovers, this residential area is surrounded by four 18-hole golf courses, Campo de Golf Villamartin and Real Club de Golf Campoamor, Las Colinas Golf and Country Club and Las Ramblas.
There is also the famous Zenia Boulevard, a large shopping mall which is a 5 min drive away, or use the bus route which is close by. There are also a number of local outdoor markets.
Further afield are Cartagena with museums and Roman Theatre and Orihuela city rich in cultural heritage and the lovely beaches of the Murcia region.
