“The host was extremely responsive and the property was exactly as described. The parking spot provided is tricky to maneuver and requires two people to avoid damaging your car on all the obstacles. The shower is tricky too, so be sure to ask before you arrive. The property also smells a bit damp/musty, so maybe bring some room spray or a candle. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely rebook the space for our next visit to Berkeley.”

“Had everything we needed, short walk to local restaurants. Interior stairs are a little arduous, outdoor stairs are easier with bags. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean.”

“I needed a place to stay in the Marin area while I was in-between jobs. France's studio was perfect. Centrally located between all the little towns in Marin. While easy access to Sir Francis Drake Blvd, the location has a feel of being in the woods. I especially loved all the redwood woods outside the studio. The area is quiet, relaxing and the host, France, was there to answer any and all questions.”

“This is the fourth time we've stayed here, and we were once again very please with having a living room, separate bedroom, and kitchen after a series of more confined hotels. Gary Ferronni has also made little, but important, upgrades like adding a window air conditioner i n the living room. This is definitely THE place sto stay for a couple without a car in Mill Valley.”

“This property met our needs. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our dog and everything we needed to do was conveniently located. “First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet. But we managed to make it work, once we figured out how to get the hot water. I finally broke down on the second day and messaged the host, and he responded very...
