THE TERRACE ON THE PARK

The entrance is shared but you will have an entire apartment on the second floor with a large wall window and a large furnished terrace overlooking a beautiful park. The environment consists of a large open space living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner, a bathroom and two rooms: a double room, a single room accessed via an internal staircase and a sofa bed in the living room. There are three air conditioners and each window is equipped with a mosquito net.
You will also be welcome in the garden with the porch where you can use the barbecue and the wood-fired pizza oven.
The nearest beach is five minutes away by car, and a little further away they are among the most beautiful beaches on the Sinis peninsula.

There is a common area composed of garden and porch. The house is five minutes drive from the city beach and 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches. There is also a bike path to reach the first beach perfectly connected with the accommodation
The house is five minutes drive from the city beach (Torre Grande) and 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Sinis peninsula (San Giovanni, Mari Ermi, Is Aruttas ....). A cycle path connects the accommodation perfectly to the before. Near the beaches there are numerous sites of historical, archaeological and naturalistic interest with exclusive peculiarities of this territory.

The accommodation is a five minute walk from the historic center where you can visit the monuments and wander among shops, clubs and restaurants. A convenient supermarket, tobacconist, pharmacy and many shops are very close. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the park, the largest green area in the city, which, being well equipped, allows you to spend time pleasantly with the children. The location of the house allows easy access to the beaches and roads connecting to the other centers of the province.

Near the accommodation is the bus stop that connects the city to the beaches and not far away, the bus station that connects the city to the rest of Sardinia. Parking in the area is very easy.
The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4, in particular children can take advantage of play areas and adults can spend their time relaxing in the garden and on the terrace.
Guests have exclusive use of the rooms, bathroom and living room. They can also share the garden, the porch.
