Loved the house. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean. Lots of space for ever to spread out and relax. Kids stayed entertained between the game room, pool table, pool, and water park. Definitely recommend for a large family vacation.

This property was the best set up for our family. We have plenty of time to spend playing, swimming, eating, etc. Checking in at the gate of the neighborhood is horrible. They need to revamp the gate process. It is a dangerous, long lines at the gate, and not very proficient at all. Parking is a problem for the size of the homes. Other than that i would give this property a 10.

Super nice place. Lots of room for all the family. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game rooms at the villa. Also liked the minature golf, lazy river and pool at the resort!

Perfect Family Christmas!

This property is exceptional! Everything is provided in a paradise retreat. The community is wonderful with on site restaurant and club house. The owner is super organized and a great communicator. Definitely one of my favorite VRBO experiences! Book it, you will love it!

The house was perfect. The doors going to the pool had alarms on them, which I loved. We had little ones. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. We loved the game room. The themed rooms were the best. David was a pleasure to deal with. Best house we have stayed in so far!

Great spot for a family getaway

We had our first family retreat at this property. The game room was a HUGE hit with all the kids, add the pool and Ping-Pong table on top of that and it makes this house a tough one to beat. It was a short walk to the community center which was always busy, but we went on a holiday weekend so that was to be expected. Getting to play minigolf was very quick and it was a great course. Top notch house!!

Family Vacation.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Magical Vacation Villa. The house was is great condition and just as pictured. Everyone enjoyed the games and pool and lots of space to hang out together. Short walk to the splash pad and mini golf as well. The owner/property manager was quick to respond to questions. We will definitely return!

Wonderful home, and owners.

Home is exactly like the photos. Spacious, clean!! Big enough for our family of 22 to spread out and have a great time! The themed rooms and gameroom was a hit for the kids as well as the pool! Very, close to Walmart, Publix, and restaurants. Communication was amazing and helpful throughout our stay.

Awesome house

We really underutilized this house. It is very spacious and very tastefully decorated. Next trip we’ll skip the parks and spend more time at the clubhouse and enjoy the game room, pool and spa at the house. Host was very responsive. We would definitely book again!

This property was fantastic! Each themed room was better than the next. There was lots of space for our group of 12 from ages 1 to 45. Televisions in every room, but we didn't watch any of them; too much to do and see. But the little details were what set this one apart: almost every light switch was labeled, the photos were true to the property's condition, and there were plenty of incidentals like trash bags and toilet paper. The hideaway crib and high chair and stroller really came in handy. The included pool toys were also greatly appreciated. This property was a great venue for our 5-day family reunion.

Magical Stay

Large family reunion with plenty of spacious room. Pool, patio and hot tub were great! Enjoyed the Disney fireworks in the distance. Open outside space and privacy. Well stocked kitchen, great cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. Great storage spaces throughout the house including 2 full sized and 2 beverage fridges. Loved the game rooms and laundry room. Nice resort center. Lots of families enjoying the resort with major, lengthy traffic backups on weekend nights which was our only concern. Publix grocery very close. Had a magical week.

Great Place!!!

I brought my high school cheer team to Orlando to compete at Nationals and this house was absolutely perfect for our group!! This house provided more than enough room for all 20 of us with plenty of bathroom space for all of the girls. The property was beautiful. David, the property manager, was so easy to work with and responded quickly. The house was equipped with everything you would need to prepare all of your meals. I hated that it wasn't a little closer to Disney because with traffic, it would take at least 30 minutes to get there. We will be booking again next year!!! Thanks for working with our group with oversized parking as well!!

Amazing!! Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our visit!! Everything was spotless and looked just like the pictures. There was a crib on site so we didn’t have to bring ours. All the games worked and were fun. There were also board games that kids loved. There were even more pool floaties than pictured- for all sizes of children including life jackets and puddle jumpers. The water park was such a fun add to the stay. We have a 6 month old who naps 3x a day so this place was perfect. We stayed put and our older kids were entertained. The game room was a hit! Place is stocked for kids - to a of step stools in the bathrooms and kid plates with Disney themes - they thought of everything!!!!The only minor improvements-It was a little warm inside on the upper level on our first day but it did cool off after 24 hours. I wasn’t bothered by it personally.Check in was difficult for some of our guests who were turned away at the gate of the community. Once the owner spoke to the guard station, it was resolved.The hot tub got hot but not piping hot- it was comfortable for muggy Florida nights.The recliner chairs foot rests are a little broken (probly fine for an adult but not for a kid).

Bi-annual Family Florida Trip

We do a family get-together in Florida every other year. Our family of 19 has always stayed at a Windsor property and this by far has been the nicest house, clubhouse, and property (Windsor Island). David’s description of his house is SPOT ON plus more! Everything is as described and watching the nightly Magic Kingdom fireworks from your pool can’t be beat. Plenty of room for our group with a bedroom to spare. Every themed room was fantastic and a great hit with the kids and adults alike. Plus there is a “magical message chair” in the garage game room area. What a great extra!! Plenty of pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen utensils. The extra refrigerators and 2 washers and dryers are a great plus. Although the house price seemed to be on the upper end, David includes the pool heat and a complimentary gas grill that was ready upon our arrival. (no nickel and diming you for extras like we had at other places) The security at the gate was excellent as they make sure that only people that are registered guests get onto the grounds. Also had good security at the clubhouse and their pool areas. David’s house is on a corner lot which eliminates a neighbor to one side and the large back area behind the pool (no houses) lets you see a long way and gives you that extra relaxed feeling that you’re not boxed in. We had 5 vehicles and parked 2 in the driveway and managed to find near-by street parking for the rest. We couldn’t have been any happier with this place. 5 stars!!!

Amazing House for Multiple Families with Kids

This property did not disappoint. I went with my 3 sisters and our adults kids and younger kids and 3 of their grandkids for a total of 14 adults and 6 kids 10 and under. Everybody had their own space when needed and room to come together for food and activities. It was easy enough to get to all the major theme parks from here. One of the best parts was being able to see the Disney fireworks from the house. We could see them thru the glass doors, window at top of stairs, from pool deck even from in the pool and hot tub. My adult disabled daughter hates loud sounds and she enjoyed watching them without having to hear the loud booms. The only thing lacking here was an outdoor grill but we bought a cheap charcoal grill to use while we were there to grill hamburgers and hot dogs on the days we chose to stay in. I would also suggest to get a floor plan of rooms in advance so you can assign rooms by location if family members will be arriving at separate times. The 2 game rooms were awesome and the adults played like they were kids again. The 2 washer and dryers came in very handy to keep up with laundry and towels. There were plenty of pool toys and floats available. This is just a rwview on the house itself, several family members enjoyed the restaurant and bar onsite not too far away. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to go back!!!!

Host was very responsive and house was great. Did not like the neighborhood and the limit of 5 cars per house. We hired a Santa and a photographer and had to meet them at the grocery to bring them to the house and with these types of people you pay by the half hour. Also It was hard getting into the neighborhood after a day at the parks. Took us 2 hrs (should have taken 35-40 min) to get to house because the gate was backup. We won’t be back.
