Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 17 of us. My grandkids loved the game room. The house was very clean and nice. The WiFi is not great and we did have an issue with the BBQ grill. Michael was great with resolving that issue. FYI…You do have to pay extra to use the BBQ Grill. Also, I paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was great the first day, but the second day when we returned from Seaworld, it was not heated. Not sure what the problem was and we were leaving the next morning. I did let Michael know about the hot tub.Thank you Michael!! We had a great time.

We visited here with our extended family of 6 adults and 6 children. The proximity to the theme parks was much appreciated! This home is beautifully designed and goes above and beyond with the amenities. Every room was well stocked. The kitchen and living room area were outstanding with 2 full refrigerators and 2 dishwashers and a regular coffee maker and a large Keurig. There are 2 sets of washer/dryers with large capacity. The private pool and hot tub were great for our grandchildren. The well equipped game room was a total bonus!! And it had a great door to close that kept the fun and noise inside the game room. (Gramma liked that!) The children loved the theme bedrooms and the movie theater and the grownups appreciated the comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms. Michael was a great host and answered all messages very quickly… both before and during our stay. 5 stars! I highly recommend this property!

The property was amazing! The kids loved the pool, game room and themed bedrooms. It was nice to be able to walk around the property. The only small issue was that only 3 cars could fit in the driveway and there was limited parking outside of the driveway. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house and host!

Great house - perfect location. Rooms were nice and we had plenty of space. Our teens loved the game room and pool. Communication was great from the host. Would highly recommend.

Nice Property - great for large famalies

Nice property with tons of space (inside). Closer to Disney than Universal but still not bad. Lots of beds and bathrooms and a large kitchen. Pool area is small and lacks privacy. Have them test the pool and jacuzzi heater prior to your stay to avoid issues. Owner is easy to communicate with and wants you to enjoy your stay.

Perfect house

This house is absolutely perfect for a large group. We've traveled to Orlando many times with a large group and having so many bedrooms with en suites is so nice!!! The kids themed bedrooms were perfect as well. I wish I could rate the communication even higher than 5 starts. Evening was perfect!!!!!

Great Communication

We visited after Christmas with friends and family. It was such a beautiful home with lots of extra amenities such as Kcup pods for the coffee maker and laundry detergent. The owner was quick with his communication back to me, which I greatly appreciated. We will stay here again!

Very nice house

We really liked our stay. Very nice house, well kept and a great area. Just beware if you are coming with more than 4 cars parking will Be an issue. You have to try to park your car at BJ’s outside the complex as the lot of only 15 spaces is always full. Monday-Thursday you’ll find some spots if you are lucky but Friday-Sunday is completely packed.

Great stay for multiple/big families

We went with 2 families including 7 young kids + 6 adults. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this house. The kids loved the house/arcade/pool as much as Disney itself. The community pool was great as well although the splash pad area wasn’t working… we did 4 days in Disney and we rented 2 vehicles. Disney is an easy drive about 20 minutes away.. The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and dish washers so we were able to have breakfast and plan for the days at Disney which was helpful… Michael was very responsive. Would stay here again for sure.

Great stay and beautiful property!

This property was beautiful! Looks just like the pictures and even better in person. We were in awe when we first walked in. Fully stocked kitchen, loved the pool and hot tub, beautiful and spacious bedrooms, and very clean too! Michael’s communication was very prompt and seamless. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Great Stay

We brought 12 family members to Florida for a family vacation. The house was large with plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. My kids loved the game room and spent many hours in there playing the various games with eachother. Small note, it is VERY loud in there when there are different games going at the same time. If we stay again, we will bring some headphones for the kids to wear to protect their ears. The bedrooms were a great size and the beds were comfortable. Everyone slept great! I really appreciated the double dishwashers and the double fridges! The kitchen was large and easy to cook for 12 people in. We would stay at this house again!

“Orlando Delight: A Home Beyond Expectations”

Stayed at this property in Orlando for a few nights and it was fantastic. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with themed rooms and a fun game room. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great for relaxation. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive, even with last-minute requests. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Orlando. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer, better experience.
