    The Space:

    Step inside 1149 Blue Island Drive and discover a spacious townhome designed with family comfort in mind. The heart of the home is the open-concept living area, perfect for gathering and making memories. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers a comfortable space for enjoying meals together. The living room provides a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating and entertainment options. Each of the five bedrooms is a private sanctuary, offering a peaceful retreat. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 feature luxurious king-size beds. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-size bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 provide flexibility with a double bed and a single bed, ideal for families. Four and a half bathrooms are thoughtfully placed throughout the home for convenience. Step outside to your private oasis, where a sparkling pool awaits, inviting you to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. Resort amenities include access to a communal pool and a gym, providing entertainment and wellness options. Enjoy outdoor seating on the patio or balcony, ideal for enjoying the Florida weather.



    Guest Access:

    Enjoy exclusive access to the entire 5-bedroom townhome at 1149 Blue Island Drive, including a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and all five bedrooms. You'll also have access to resort amenities such as the communal pool and gym. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

The excitement of Walt Disney World Resort is just a short drive away, perfect for a day of unforgettable experiences. For water park adventures, head to nearby attractions like Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach. When it comes to dining, you'll discover numerous restaurants offering diverse cuisines within a short drive. From family-friendly eateries to fine dining options, there's something to satisfy every palate. Grocery stores and shopping centers are also easily accessible, making it simple to stock up on essentials or indulge in some retail therapy. The neighborhood is known for its welcoming atmosphere and family-friendly environment, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all. The proximity to major attractions and amenities makes this townhome an ideal base for exploring all that Clermont and the surrounding area have to offer.

    AMENITIES:

    * Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available before your check-in.

    * Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

    * After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

    * Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

    * Washer & dryer available.



    MAINTENANCE:

    We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



    POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):

    The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.

    The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

    The pool is heated to 86°F. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.

    Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.



    Important Notes:

    •⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.

    •⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.

    These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.
