Welcome to Castaway at Windsor Cay Resort, a spacious vacation home designed for families and groups who want comfort, privacy, and an easy Orlando-area stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home for complete privacy.

Exception: one owner’s closet is locked and not accessible.

Check-in is fast and contactless via smartlock/keypad entry. Access code and instructions will be shared prior to arrival.

Parking is available in front of the property. Please follow all community parking rules and do not block sidewalks.

Resort amenities are included. Guests must follow posted rules, hours of operation, and community guidelines.

For guest safety and privacy, access to the property is strictly limited to registered guests only.

No third parties are authorized to enter the property during a reservation unless previously coordinated with the guest.

Each reservation is assigned a unique access code.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located inside Windsor Cay Resort in the Four Corners area of Florida. The neighborhood is peaceful, secure, and family-friendly, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, outlets, and supermarkets. It’s an ideal home base for visiting Disney, Universal, and other major Orlando attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is strongly recommended for the easiest access to theme parks, dining, and shopping. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are widely available. Grocery and meal delivery may be available depending on provider coverage.

Check-in: 4:00 PM EST · Check-out: 10:00 AM EST Early check-in / late check-out: subject to availability and an additional fee — request at least 48 hours in advance. Starter supplies provided (not replenished during stay): • Per bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper · travel- size shampoo, conditioner & body wash · • Kitchen: 1 dish sponge · 1 dish soap · 1 paper towel roll · 2 dishwasher pods · 1 laundry pod • Trash: 5 bags per trash can Washcloths/face towels are NOT provided (hygiene ⚠ standard since COVID-19). Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Pool heating (optional, private pool only): $40/day · 2- night minimum · request at least 48 hours before arrival. • Max temperature: 95°F (35°C) — entire pool heats uniformly • Not effective in cold weather — no refunds if desired temp not reached due to outdoor temperature • Community resort pools are heated at no extra charge Security deposit: $500 USD — refundable within 2 days of check-out upon property inspection. Parking: Free on-site. No parking on grass or blocking sidewalks. No commercial vehicles. HOA rules strictly enforced — towing at guest's expense. Packages: USPS may return. Use Amazon/UPS/FedEx/DHL. Interaction with Guests:

Self check-in via keypad smart lock. Your personalized door code will be sent 24 hours before arrival — no office visit needed. We're available via platform messaging before, during, and after your stay. Office hours: Daily 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST. If anything needs attention, please message us as soon as possible — ideally within the first 4 hours of check-in — so we can resolve it quickly.
