I just want to thank you for the wonderful stay during my vacation at your house. Once we connected, there was nothing I needed, but I’m sure if I needed anything, you would have been accessible. I just enjoyed the area; me and my group went to the local cafe every day. I enjoyed their breakfast sandwiches. The most convenient thing, mostly about my trip, was downtown was literally right around the corner. Overall, thank you for the stay and your hospitality.

Amazing property!

I love this property and the host. It is large enough to comfortably host 6 people but at the same time its very cozy. Has all of the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay. There is a wonderful walkway around a pond one block from the house which we visited almost every day. Its very close to downtown and great hand out spots. The owners are amazing. They did everything to ensure we have a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay there again and again!

Wonderful home full of charm!

The house was very clean! My husband and I were very impressed that guests are asked to remove outdoor footwear as we do this at home too. All of the amenities were well appointed and plentiful. We loved our stay and would absolutely book this home again for future trips to Orlando!

Fantastic Home in Downtown Orlando

We needed to rent a house while our primary residence was getting fumigated and this couldn't have been a better option for us. It was very convenient to everything we're used to in downtown Orlando and even closer to the kids' schools for us. Very clean, super easy to communicate with the owner, and everything was as described in the description. Thanks and we will definitely keep it in mind for a future stay!

The Right Place

I rented from 3/21/23 - 3/24/23 This is what a vacation home rental should be! First of all, the house is in an excellent and peaceful part of town with ample parking for 3 cars. The neighborhood is full of other beautiful older houses and has a lake within a 3 minute walk, that you can walk around for a nice quiet stroll. Next, the home is very well kept. All up to date and decorated with a classy touch. All modern and very clean. Everything you need is there for you. Kitchen is full of quality cookware and China. All appliances are current and in good working order. Central AC was right on point. We had plenty of space indoors and out. The host even had a bottle of wine waiting for me. This place is very well taken care of and managed. The host seemed eager to help with anything but there was no good reason to bother them. The place was perfect, the access to all of Orlando was perfect. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place with nothing to complain about. I'll stay there again for sure.

Nice house in good location

We had issue with thermostat not working, but they did resolve it the next day. Keep in mind that the owner says you cannot use the patio after 830 pm, which for us was not ideal. Also, the second bathroom has no outlet, so not able to use hair dryer in there or plug in toothbrush. It’s nice that they allow dogs, but keep in mind that the yard is not fenced and the house is on a busy street. Other than that we enjoyed staying there.

Good location, very clean house

Just a couple houses down from the 903 Mills Cafe. Very clean house. Owner requested that we not sit on the patio after 8:30 pm in order to avoid noise for the neighbors, which was not a problem for us.

Great family location

Myself and my 4 kids stayed 5 nights. Great location for the Disney/Universal destination family trip. House is cozy and beds(4) were comfortable. Very clean and tastefully furnished. Keyless entry was very convenient and facilitated a smooth check in process. Renter was available and responsive. Great time and very reasonable price for renting an entire house

Perfect quiet getaway

I was looking for a quiet place to stay between cruises and this place worked out great. Once I realized how close I was to Universal studios, we decided to visit on Saturday. Simple drive about ~10 miles. Thanks Otto. Next time I'm visiting Orlando, I will stay here if it's available.

Perfect Location and Cute!

What a gem! We used this property for our friends’ weekend getaway (3 couples in our 50s and 60s). Perfect location for bike riding to beautiful Thornton Park and DT Orlando. Some rainy weather prevented us from using the cute patio space, but there was plenty of room in the house for all of us to sit around comfortably. The house was completely as advertised. We also loved the 903 Mills Market just 3 houses down. Otto, our host, was extremely attentive and responsive and appreciated all the little extra touches!

Great stay in downtown Orlando area

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house just outside of downtown Orlando. Very clean, convenient location close to downtown dining and there was even a restaurant market in walkable distance which was a nice place to unwind after a day spent at the Disney parks! Loved the neighborhood, too. Lake Davis was so serene and pretty walking paths - lots of people out running and walking with their dogs. Would definitely stay here again if we are in Orlando area!
