We had zero internet and zero tv for our entire stay 7 days and our host’s communications seemed like corporate canned answers.How do you have a guest be without internet for their entire stay and act like you can’t do anything about it?I can only imagine if I was here on business and relied on good internet.The house was dirty especially the floors.My wife bought some wet swiffers and the 10 pads she used on the kitchen tile were black after.The nooks and crannies around the floor molding and fireplace were filthy.Honestly it looked like a 15 year old who didn’t want to work too hard did the cleaning.To top it off the air conditioning quit on the last day.It wasn’t hot so no problem for us.Overall I would say it seemed pretty obvious that it was not a real home owner just renting out their house but more like a company.Of the dozen or so vrbo rentals we have rented this was the the worst.So obviously we weren’t real happy with our experience but we still had a good stay in Orlando and worked with what we had.PS we did receive a 365 dollar refund for our troubles.We went 7 days not watching any tv and lived!
