Clean, comfortable place to stay

We enjoyed our 5 weeks very much. Everything worked well, the kitchen was fine (we would have liked a stack of small plates), the pool was clean and beautiful and was used almost every single day. My only complaint would be the heavy bedspreads with only a sheet underneath. I would prefer a light blanket and was able to find an extra single bed size lightweight spread in a closet so used that on the queen bed. I do think the gold shag carpet needs to be replaced. Loved the artwork and the lovely dark wood furniture.

Just OKAY

I've stayed at this particular resort, each time I've traveled to Orlando. Rules have changed since my last stay, but SECURITY is a MUST nowadays. Windsor Hills did a GREAT JOB, with the remodel of the clubhouse. The ONLY reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is because the dryer went out, and we were a party of mostly 5 doing 4 parks in 3 days so, YES laundry was a MUST, and I'll NEVEE ger back the HOURS I spent late night trying to get clothes DRY. But other than that, sent emails whenever there was a problem and they were resolved QUICKLY. But the dryer still did NOT perform as expected.

Overall fantastic Stay

We found the property to be warm and inviting, great for our family of 5. Obviously there are minor flaws and signs of wear and tear (our bed spread had a tear but we don’t use those so that had no effect on us) from having many guests stay but that is to be expected. All surfaces were clean and we really appreciated having the starter pack for laundry and dishes.

Great fort Disney trip!

House was clean and beautiful. Pool was perfect for my small kids. Had a small issue with the tv upon arrival, but was fixed immediately! Perfect location...no more than 15 minutes to all Disney parks! Resort was amazing as well!

Awesome place to stay

We loved everything about the townhouse. The location was perfect, 10 min to any of the Disney parks and about 20 to Universal. The townhouse itself was clean and we'll stocked. The pool was amazing, we paid for the pool heat which was definitely needed in February. Zero complaints, I would be more than happy to stay here on our next Disney trip.

Great Condo

This property was perfect for our family’s recent trip to Disney. The condo was clean and inviting. The check in process was seamless. Perfect location for traveling to the Disney parks. Wish we had more time to explore the pool/game room, etc. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fun family house

We enjoyed the property it was a perfect fit for a family with 3 young adults. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Could use some plastic glasses for around the pool. Otherwise a great spot. Close to everything. Thanks see you again.

Great Stay

Great location only 2 mins to the parks, adequate parking, had to call the maintenance company a number of times because the AC leaked through the ceiling into the kitchen to attended quickly and resolved it. Would definately stay again.

My kids wanted a spring break with amusement park+ relaxing. I searched this resort on line. The managers were very helpful. We stayed 9 night here. We spent 5 days in amusement park and 3 whole days in the resort. The location is great. It only take about 25 minutes to Universal Resort. And a lot of grocery stores and restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive. The private pool and the resort water park was excellent! My kids love them! The only reason I am not give 5 stars to this house is the WiFi. The WiFi was on and off itself almost every 2-3 minutes. It was impossible to stream a movie. My kids also complained that they could not play games on their Ipad. Some times, it took couple of minutes to open a regular webpage. I have call to office and they sent someone to the house. The tech rebooted the modem and it was o.k. at that time. But after he left, the same problem appeared again. I thought reboot would not solve the problem. The owner might consider replace the modem or change the internet service provider.

First Disney Vaction and had a blast here!!

This was our first vaction to Disney as a family of 5 and we had a blast here. Prime location, just minutes away from each park, great facilities, very clean, everything you need is all right here!! Our kids loved the private pool area and loved the water slides at the club house along with the game rroom and playground. Thanks for all the memories that will last a lifetime!!!!

Excellent!

Great place to stay. Loved the location and being so close to everything. People were very friendly in area and helpful. House was very clean with everything you need it. We stay in for meals a lot so we do most of our own cooking. Would like to have seen a few more items available for cooking or storing food in but not a big deal at all. We managed with what we had. The house is very well stocked for towels and or extra blankets and pillows. It was wonderful having a pool right at the house as well for the late nights when we were unable to make it back for the main pool. The managers of the house were very easy to talk to and extremely helpful when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone who was looking to get away for a vacation but still wants a family atmosphere! Can’t wait for our next vacation. We will definitely be booking here again!

The house was fine, however the pool was not usable.

Our reason for booking this house for our trip south from Canada was the pool, which we were looking forward to using daily. When we arrived for our ten day stay we discovered the pool unusable, which we reported. The pool was not put back into service until the afternoon of our last day. Needless to say that this ruined our family trip that we planned/saved/waited for over a long time. We were given a 10% discount for our trouble which we considered insulting considered our ruined vacation. The repair to the pool only took a couple of hours, but we were there for the entire time without use of the pool, we felt that getting the repair done was not a priority and that providing what we paid for was the least of their concerns.

great property great location

Have a very enjoyable stay on Renshaw Street, Windsor Hills. Fantastic location for main highways, theme parks and for travel to each coastline for beaches and Kennedy Space Centre. Property clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Didn't use pool and this is only a small splash pool but with so much to do this was no problem. Walmart 1 mile away for everything you need. Secure complex and would stay again
