Everything was perfect… only problem we had, at no fault to the owner was, if you are traveling with a trailer you will have to find somewhere to put it… it can not stay on property. That was a bit of a mess, and like I said no fault of the owner I’m sure it was in the rules somewhere… we figured it out and the rest was great. I recommend this property

The house was not clean on arrival. I immediately noticed the floors were dirty. I was only briefly in the home to drop off bags until late the first night and went directly to bed. The next morning dead bugs were noted on the floor in our bathroom. The next morning we noticed microwave was dirty, the refrigerator was sticky. My sister in law arrive late that evening and when she went to bed in a previosly unoccupied room there was bugs on the curtains and dead bugs in the floor below the window. At 1am a roach was crawling on her in bed and we found candy wrappers and filth under the bed. The next morning while cooking breakfast there was a roach crawling on the counter. I notified the host iTrip Orlando, they did send out a cleaning crew and pest control. That evening we found filth under the dresser and more dead bugs in the floor. When my son and husband went to put the trash out there was a racoon that had opened the trash bin and strewn trash everywhere and the racoon was not scared off by their presence. I sent pictures, emailed, and spoke with Louie and Liz and iTrip Orlando and they were unwilling to provide any refund. They claim sending someone to clean what should have already been clean and pest control resolved this issue and proceeded to charge us the cleaning fee for our stay anyway. Not only was the property not up to standards the customer service with iTrip Orlando was terrible. VRBO is attempting to resolve this issue with the hosts.

Great home, Great location however it was roach infected, had VERY uncomfortable table chairs, property was very dirty checking in, toilets were very dirty, my wife and I had to clean the 1st floor of the property properly, also had to change the A/C filter,poor lighting, but with a few upgrades I would love to stay next year in this location.

All bed linen had to be taken off and washed due to being dirty. Old food on the floor. Home had not been dusted or swept prior to our arrival. Pool was very dirty. Unable to contact itrip to report issues. Voicemails were left with no call back.

Simply baffled

The rooms were nice but floors were dirty. Needed mopping. Shades had coffee on them like previous renters had thrown it there.bed sheets were tight and coming off

DISNEY TRIP

Beautiful home, well decorated and furnished for maximum convenience and utilization Convenient location for shopping and necessities but not so close to the attractions as to generate heavy traffic congestion in the area Met one of the property owners from the adjacent unit named Mo. extremely nice, helpful, and informative “neighbor” I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay on their next vacation to Disney

My 50th birthday celebration

Only problem I had was the internet connection and it may have been that I need a new phone but it was the internet connection because the TV down stairs was out so I called the number provided they said it was connected on they're end to let whomever know that but we didn't bother overall the place was amazing and the pool could have used a little more cleaning my husband said it was Sandy at the bottom I wore water shoes because I'm a diabetic. Will love to stay again

Good Place

We had a pretty good stay here. We had a member of our group arrive a little early and was going to pay extra to get in the townhouse but the communication with the property folks was not good at that time. Other than that, the unit was clean and everything was fine.

We had a pleasant stay.

House was clean and well stocked. I was unable to get the TV in the master bedroom to operate, but since I brought my DVD player, that was not a major problem. We had a problem with the pool on arrival and, after calling the maintenance number I was provided with, that was rectified right away. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, we had plenty of room to relax. I would recommend this property.
