Great for a family of 4.

Great property for a get away. Has a couple of restaurants on site and close by. Close to Disney and many other tourists attractions. Staff was excellent. Could spend a low key day on site at hot tubs, pools, lazy rivers.

Cheerleading trip

My daughter and I came at the end of April for the National Cheerleading competition. The resort was gorgeous and clean and lots to do for children. It was also conveniently located to the parks and the ESPN center where we were competing. I highly recommend this resort.

Disney Stay

Everything about the property was easy to find and enjoy. The check in process was easy and the staff was helpful. The property is close to Disney and it took very little time to get to the parks using a ride share app. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff. Check in was fast easy and thankfully were able to accept us a little early. It was my first time didn't realize I couldn't use cash anywhere. But aside from that it was amazing week. BBQ grills are clean and handy to use. Pools were great. Fish and wildlife in ponds. Disney fireworks visible from balcony and grounds. Onsite restaurants we only ordered pizza one evening but very good. Lots of activities....Would return in a heartbeat.

Convenient to parks and Incredibly friendly staff.

We spent 10 days here and enjoyed the spacious room that was exactly as advertised. Our room also had updated smart tv’s. We also enjoyed the well kept grounds. Very lush and green with sitting areas around the lake. The staff were very friendly and met our every request in a timely manner. We visited all four parks over 8 days and our ride share cost was about 40 per day so it was convenient. Our only suggestion would be the availability of a couple transfer/ light wheel chair at each tower for those with limited mobility like our son that has epilepsy.

Great Aunt - Great Niece getaway

We loved staying here. The pool was a welcome sight at the end of a busy day in the parks. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The place is kept up beautifully. I highly recommend for families.

Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The property was exactly as listed! Club Wyndham at Bonnet Creek was beautiful! Perfect location for a Disney vacation! We were within about 10 minutes of all the parks. Wonderful amenities we will be staying again in the future!

We will be coming back

The place was clean and quiet had nice pools and little restaurants near the pool. Overall 10 out of 10. Whenever we called for something they brought it to our room right away. We will be staying at Wyndham again in the future.

Great vacation

Very easy process. Great communication from the property manager. The amenities at this resort were fantastic for our family. We did not have much time to enjoy the pools and other activities, but the overall feel of the resort property was amazing. All staff was very friendly. Met other travelers and made some new friends. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Better not call Sal.

My only concerns was when Sal the vacation salesman lied and try to tell me my room was the president suite. I knew damn well it wasn’t. Also, my room number assigned to me indicated is was NOT a suite. I paid for and expected a standard room. The room was perfect for the five of us. It had a washer and dryer which we used. Also, room had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We cooked and ate most of our meals in the room. Enough TV’s so everyone could watch what they wanted. Perfect location to the Disney themed parks. WiFi worked all the time. Other than Sal’s outrageous lie about my room type, I would had given them all five stars for everything. One lying employee brings the entire organization down.

I had both good experience and bad experience at this property

On my initial check in the property had a musty smell throughout the whole condo. I did talk to the front desk and they gave us a another condominium. I stayed in 2bed and 2 bath place. Second condo did not have smell but it was a first floor condo with view of the parking lot next to the trash pickup. The first night the AC was not working great. We called them and they fixed it the next day. They had a breakdown of the free wifi for a day and half. This was fixed also. When the wifi works it fast enough for the whole family. It is a nice place in a nice location with very nice pools. We had some issues but they were fixed. I just wish I had a better location of the condominium on a higher floor with a better view.
