Welcome to 232 La Mirage, in the popular Regal Palms Resort! This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home features a cozy living area, a modern kitchen, and access to all the amenities the resort has to offer, featuring a resort pool, lazy river, arcade and its own restaurant. Enjoy ultimate relaxation. Located near Disney World and local amenities, it’s perfect for families and groups. As a special touch, enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.

This charming property features 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with a bunk bed. With 3 bathrooms and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy WiFi, heating, AC, and more during your stay. Relax and unwind in this peaceful retreat. Enjoy your time in Davenport at our fabulous townhome. Please be aware there is $20 per home per night resort usage fee payable to Regal Palms at the front desk on arrival. Great location, home very clean!!! Being surrounded by the entertainment within the premises was awesome!! I had an emergency, called staff, and they accommodated me and my friends immediately! Loved it! Will be coming back again. Thanks for everything

Can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing 10 days! The host was great. Very responsive and helpful! So kind. The house was perfect and the location of it couldn’t have been any better! So close to the pool! We can’t wait to come back next year and will be booking this place again!

The unit we stayed in has ample space but could use a few things to make it great. Carpets could use cleaning, stairway and porch lights need attention, and pots/pans are worn. The pool/spa area are superb, the hot tub was perfect, and they are adding another pool. The water slide was fun, only complaint is that floats aren’t required in the lazy river … so, it gets used as another pool area.

Can't really complain as you get what you pay for. The unit has the potential to be really nice, but there are some maintenance/cleaning issues that could be addressed to make it much better. The main complaint is that we were not given any extra towels, not even to put on the floor to prevent slipping when stepping out of the tub or shower. The showerhead in the primary bath could also need a good cleaning or be replaced as the water pressure was terrible. We weren't there to use any of the amenities since we had tickets to the parks all 4 days, but as a place to sleep, shower, and eat a light breakfast, it fulfilled its role.

This place was an absolute dump. The furniture and cabinets were damaged and the carpet had multiple stains. There was dirt in the tub. Also this place is no where near Disney or Universal. It’s 40 min if you’re lucky. There were no drinking glasses, paper towels, napkins or toilet paper. The place was 85 degrees when we arrived and I wasn’t permitted to set the air below 70 (per the host) so it never cooled down all night. I noticed the owner and VRBO of all of these issues. We left after the first night.

First, I will say, it suited our needs for the trip. The word that comes to mind is “fine.” It was completely satisfactory. The online listing was accurate. On any given time of the day, we could get to the Disney parks in under 30 minutes and Universal in under 40 minutes. However, there were so many tiny things that could’ve easily made it so much better. There wasn’t a single extra towel to spare. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms, nor any hand soap in any of the bathrooms. There were ice trays but no ice when we got there and it was 90. There was a missing smoke detector at the landing of the second floor. It wasn’t dirty, but could certainly use some TLC. (Ceiling fan, caulking around the tub, drain plug piece in bathroom, etc.). The thing that was most unpleasant was that about 50% of the lightbulbs were burnt out. It just felt unwelcoming. Also, I wouldn’t suggest relying on the WiFi. It cycled on and off constantly. We weren’t ever able to get a steady enough connection to watch a movie uninterrupted. Also, the electrical outlets were hit or miss. We found out in the morning when someone’s phone hadn’t been charging all night. We found several broken ones.All this to say, it was fine. We needed somewhere to sleep and shower, and that’s what we did. It would’ve even been better if we weren’t made to pay the community fees for amenities we knew we weren’t going to have time to use. The host was very responsive and that was a huge plus!
