Amazing house

After visiting Orlando for over 30 years we found this gem of a house last year, we rebooked for our recent holiday. The house is immaculate and modern and a fantastic location. A special thank you to Tony and Phil who are also on hand for any questions or assistance.

A+ property

A+ accommodations for our Disney trip! This property was beautiful, spacious and a wonderful place to relax and recharge from our busy and hot days at the parks. Would love to return here again in the future!

Too warm at bedtime

Home very clean and organized. Family had difficulty sleeping at night due to poor air circulation. AC unit fine during the day. Had miscommunication with check in. Access code and alarm code not provided prior to arrival. Overall the stay was great. Would visit again with better control of AC at bedtime.

Great family house

Good size pool and Lanai. Awesome kitchen and sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great place for little kids too. There's a nice size family room that's right off the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here. Side note, people complaining about the AC are ridiculous. During my stay it was heat index of 110... AC kept up just fine.

Great… but hot!

This rental space is great overall! We had a few issues with the AC during our stay, but the host worked with us quickly to help solve the problems. We are not used to the Florida climate and having the house AC default at 78 was very warm for us. Even turning it down to the min of 72 felt hot at night since it doesn’t remain at 72 all night, especially in the master bedroom. We would stay in this rental again, but would bring a bigger fan next time.

Nice House

The house was nice and it was great to not have a huge checklist at checkout. Usually we are bombarded with a ton of things to do before we left. However, the major down fall if the house is that the thermostat has to stay at 72 (not a big deal) but at night goes to 78. We all woke up every night sweating (ew for the beds) and couldnt fall back asleep. So it was hard to get a good nights worth of sleep.

Nice stay

Fine. It's a very spacious house. A big waste container with building waste was in front of the house. I sent an email to the agency which sent us the entry code. Unfortunately they didn't respond at all. After 2 days the contracter that replaced the roof came to the house and arranged that the container was moved. However it woud be nice if the agency informed us about this or at least responded to our email.

Great place!

This place was a great home close to Disney! A few repairs need made as mentioned by other reviews including shower door and shower curtain. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Had plenty of room for our family of 7. Having three bathrooms was incredible. Being able to turn the a/c down would have been nice as we like it cool when we sleep.

Disappointing circumstances property not delivered as promised

This property would have suited our requirements perfectly had we gained access at the beginning of our holiday rather than day 10. It is spacious both inside and out, beautiful outlook to the front, well equipped with matching bed linen and the two Minnie Mouses and games were well received by our grandchildren. It was only on arrival at the property, we were made aware there were mould issues. The agent JC had found us alternative, but totally unsuitable accommodation, in a small 3 bed town house with a plunge pool, in an area we did not wish to be. He was informed immediately this was totally unsuitable as a replacement, he promised to keep in daily contact which he failed to do, and further procrastination meant he had not found us a suitable alternative, so we moved out after a week, finding ourselves an alternative before the original property surprisingly became available! Inadequate poor communication showed a lack of empathy towards us. JC thinks we should be satisfied with an inadequate partial refund. We strongly suggest to the host they find a more competent management company to act on their behalf, one that will be more attentive to their needs and the property they manage, and us, the customer. The blackmould which was such a huge problem and apparently needed walls dismantled and floors uplifted was difficult to spot...but if it was so bad then this shows a negligence by the agent and company on behalf of the host, and should have been addressed earlier.

Not happy with house

As long as the long list of problems are fixed this house would be nice. The Property manager was wonderful and was very helpful. Wouldn’t stay at this house again, but would find another house through this company.

Pretty much as expected

Good house for our purposes. Location worked great for our needs. Property Manager need a course in communication. There are rear neighbours, As says No Rear Neighbours. Otherwise, Respectable.

Decent Property

House was large with plenty of room. I did not like that there were no paper towels for our week long stay and only 3 rolls of toilet paper (one in each bathroom) for six people to use for an entire week. They also would like you to do a load of laundry before you leave but do not provide any detergent or dryer sheets. The listing for the pool needs to be more clear. You have to pay for the HOT tub to be heated along with the pool (they are not separate).

Perfect place!

The house was perfect for us! Very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Nice, quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything we needed (Disney, SeaWorld, Universal) The pool was a good size and temperature was perfect. (We paid to have it heated during our stay.) The spa did drain out randomly which was weird but we just went with it. The house could use some updates and maybe a deep clean, but for the price, I think it’s fine. We plan on coming back to Florida in the fall and this house is saved as my favorite. We hope to always stay here when we come back to the Orlando area. The person I rented from checked in with me often answering all of my questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Super nice and helpful!
