Fantastic Holiday home on the Champions Gate resort. The house is spacious and very well equipped including pool towels.The property has its own pool as well as access to both the Oasis and Retreat Club.Would definitely recommend if you are looking for your next holiday home.

Family Vacation

Our stay was great! There were a couple of small cleaning issues upon arrival (marks on bedding, makeup towel left behind nightstand), but these issues were addressed immediately by the host. The overall condition of the home was very clean. The properly manager came right out and changed the water filter when notified. Communication was great and prompt. The host has thought of everthing you may need to enjoy a day at the parks and/or the beach. There is a closet full of supplies; strollers, chairs, and coolers. It was a great stay! Definitely would stay again!

This home was all that I expected and more. It was a beautiful home filled with everything you need to have an amazing family vacation. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and spacious. It was great having the 3 full baths when traveling with children. It was easier to get ready. The pool was great for the kiddos. They spent most of their time in there enjoying it. Having access to both of the resort amenities was a plus! My kids enjoyed the water slides, while I sat by the poolside with the hubby. The amenities were very near to the home. It was about a 3 minute drive. We loved and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again!

We loved this property! Pictures on the listing are very accurate. Everything is modern and clean. Comfortable beds! Check in was very easy, and Robyn had great communication. They have done a great job preparing the property with extras to use during your stay (pool towels, stocked coffee bar, clothes detergent for the washer, and more.) We enjoyed using the small private pool just out the back door. We also visited the Oasis Clubhouse with the big pool and the lazy river and our kids loved it. My husband and I did not get a chance to try out the pool bar, but it looked fun. Overall 5 stars! We would book to stay again.

Spacious & Clean

The condo was spacious, clean, and met my expectations. It was thoughtfully stocked with essential items, including toiletries, kitchen trash bags, pool towels, which made our stay convenient. The owner, Melody, was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our visit. After accidentally leaving behind my Dyson hair dryer, she assisted in arranging its return, for which I am grateful. Overall, my family had a wonderful experience and we would gladly rent this hone again in the future.

My family really enjoyed staying at this house while we went to the theme parks in the area. It was a 20 min drive to Disney and a 40 min drive to universal. The location was great with nearby amenities all within a mile. Additionally, the gated community and community pool were nice although we only visited once given we had a small private pool our kids enjoyed. I would definitely bring my family back here again.

Beautiful place to stay

From the moment we walked in to the home till the moment we left I have zero complaints! It was very clean, organized, had many of the essentials, and the owners were very accommodating and responsive. I would 10/10 recommend and may stay here again in the future if I come back to Disney!

Amazing Property!

From check in to check out, our stay was wonderful! The property was clean and well maintained. The pool was great for the kids. The amenities at the clubhouse were just as great! Short drive to Disney for our daughters cheer comp. We will be back!!

Short 6 day stay for a cheerleading event. The house is exactly what my family needed. The host was so accommodating and friendly and continued to keep in contact with me during our stay to make sure our needs had been met. Very clean and great location!

Upon checking in, which seemed to be too easy, the property appeared to be exactly what was listed. It was very clean and comfortable. A personal touch that really meant a lot to us, was the owner of the home reached out during our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. Will definitely save this property for future vacations! Thank you again!

Fantastic home with so many extras!!

This property far exceeded our expectations and all of our previous experiences staying in VRBOs. This home owner thought of pretty much everything. So many useful items in the kitchen, lots of pool towels, pool toys, coolers, strollers, highchair, playpen, extra blankets and pillows. We traveled with a toddler, and two preteens. We all enjoyed this home so much. The home and neighborhood were beautiful. Both resort type waterpark/pool locations were fantastic. We loved the one that was a short drive away a bit better but both were awesome. The pool at the home was perfectly sized for our family and we enjoyed it every day. Home was super clean and I would recommend staying here to anyone. The house is 2story and there are baby gates for both the top and bottom of the stairs. All the beds were comfortable and cozy. Melony was wonderful to work with and always quick to respond. Check in and check out went seamless and there were zero issues during our stay. We always felt safe and never really saw any neighbors unless at the clubs. If you're in Davenport or Orlando area or doing anything nearby, HIGHLY recommend staying in Champions Gate and at this property.

Great family property

We just stayed at this home for 12 days the end of February. We have stayed in many hotels/cottages/chalets but this was actually our first VRBO. I am happy to say that it is pretty much exactly as advertised. The owners are very quick to respond and super helpful. Since this was our first big family trip out of the country (Canadians!) I had a lot of questions and Melony was so kind in answering all of them which I really appreciated. It was myself, my husband and our three children (ages 8, 6 and 18 months) who stayed in the home and it worked very well for us. We didn't actually use the pool in the backyard as much as I thought we would but we loved the Oasis and Retreat club amenities. The kids loved the water slides and the big pools are very warm (water slides are cold). The house was very clean and we liked that the garbage was picked up each day). My only complaint would be that the house is across the street from the main garbage area and the two days it was picked up while we were there it was done at 3am and the other day at 6am ad it woke us up both days. Not much the property owners can do about that (unless maybe you can complain to the garbage removal company?).Other than that the house was great, clean, had everything we needed. We even used the baby highchair and pack and play crib for our youngest which was great!We would definitely stay in this property again.

Great 3-generation family experience

We've stayed at several vacation rentals in Florida and this house was one of the best. Very well-stocked with essentials not only for one or two days but for our entire 8 night stay.The grandchildren loved the Oasis Club, the water slides and lazy river. The tennis courts were a short drive away but were also a big hit.The golf course on-site (beautifully integrated into the resort) looked a little challenging and expensive for our two golfers but there were other courses nearby.The host (Melony) was very responsive.Despite the unseasonably cold temperatures (only 2 days made it into low twenties (*C) the amenities helped everyone enjoy their stay.Do check traffic conditions for travel in the area (Disney, airport etc) as the surrounding highways can get very busy.

great vacation

The property was just as shown. We were very happy with all the amenities and property location. It was clean and just the right size for our family. We did have some trouble with the neighbor's dog barking at all hours of the day and night. we finally had to yell over that they were disturbing the peace and would be calling the police if they didn't quite the dog. We had asked multiple times nicely before that threat. after that, the dog was less barky. I would ask the hosts to speak with their neighbor brfore you book.
