The amenities at Regal Palms are top-notch! We loved floating in the lazy river! Our townhouse backed up on Sand Mine Road and the traffic noise was terrible, but being within walking distance of the pool complex made up for that. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls get away

The townhome at Regal Palms is wonderful. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect as everyone had their own space. The kitchen has new appliances that work perfectly. Living room and dining space are clean and comfortable. TV’s in living room and each bedroom with streaming services worked well. Bathrooms are a bit outdated but mostly clean. Downstairs one could use a new shower curtain. Hair dryers are provided. Beds are clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer in the unit is valuable. Unfortunately the dryer was not working while we were there. However, the owner/maintenance came within 24 hours to look at it. To fix the problem, new parts were ordered. It was not fixed by the end of our week so the owner offered a small refund, which was much appreciated.Overall I would come back. The service and comfort was worth the hassle with the dryer. The pool, waterside and lazy river are an added bonus. The resort is gated and I felt safe and secure. The main office was open 24/7 and very pleasant to work with!No regrets!

Great Stay

Townhouse was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. Loved the 3 bathrooms and full kitchen. Pool was just a short distance from our townhouse. Pool did get a little crowded at times, but that’s to be expected during spring break. We were about 30-60 minutes away from major attractions, plan for traffic. Wish there was a grill, but not a big deal. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

This property was the perfect place to relax with our family. It was a quiet place to escape to after long days at the busy parks. The location of the rental was a short walk to the pool and the neighborhood was nice for morning walks or jogs. There was minor wear and tear in places, but overall the property was nice and comfortable!

Wonderful place to stay!

The townhouse was exactly as described and was a short walk to the pool area which you can spend the whole day just relaxing. There’s a lazy river and 2 pools one of which is walk in and has a hood slide. The Publix and several restaurants are within walking distance

Overall a great place to stay! The area was great. Amenities were close by. The pool was awesome. Everything was clean and in working order. There were lots of extra towels. The kitchen was very well equipped. I do wish that a few extras were included, such as toilet paper and garbage bags. There was toilet paper in every bathroom, but no extras, which was made clear before coming. It's just a pain to buy a whole pack of tp or box of garbage bags when you really will only need a few extra. Especially when there are very specific rules about the size of garbage bag you can use. But those are just minor things. Overall, it was a really great rental. We stayed for 5 nights. There were 7 of us in total. We would stay again.

Nice property

Very nice property. The road noise was a little loud as to be expected. The property could be cleaner. The door frame upstairs was broken and I wasn’t aware and walked by and cut my leg on a piece of wood sticking out in the bedroom with the on suite. And the outlet cover was on the floor and the inside of the wall was exposed. We tried to apply it back on because the kids pointed it out as a safety issue when we arrived. Under the living couch has toys and.crumbs which I assume was from the last people. Otherwise the stay was great.

Quiet, clean and affordable

Regal Palms is close to all the Disney parks and super easy to get there without having to get on the busy interstate. The place is quiet, clean and full of fun amenities. If you just want to have a quiet day and not do the parks, this is the place for you. My whole family loved it!

Family Vacay

Townhouse was nice and clean. It was in a great location under two hours away from Coco Beach hour away from Universal, Close to the international mall. The resort was nice, everyone enjoyed the pools. The only misgiving we had is that there was mold on the rubber liner in the washing machine so not too happy to do laundry in a moldy washing machine. The rest of the house was beautiful and well kept.. Definitely would rent again!

Property was great!

When looking to book for 5 adults and one child, this property fit everything we needed. My friend’s child was entertained while 4 of us adults attended a convention we were in town for. We had more than enough space. Everything was clean! The ability to contact our host went without any issues. Especially when I had questions about check in and who could do it. The area felt safe and the gated entrance was easy to use at all times. Check out was even faster. The best part is it was affordable! If I ever find myself in this area again, I will definitely look into staying here again.

Exceptional Experience!

Everything was wonderful, check in easy, nice location, super clean, everyone on property was warm and welcoming. Enjoyed the awesome pool and lazy river, bar and food at clubhouse was awesome the bartender was super courteous and welcoming always giving recommendations for vacation activities. The owners were super attentive, will definitely come back again!! Highly recommend for any family everything you need is right here!

The hosts were fantastic. They kept things simple for us, and were easy to contact prior. We didn’t have to contact anyone during our stay because everything was EXACTLTY as they informed us. Helpful, accurate, clean.it made our stay easy and perfect!! Thank you!

Close, Convenient, Cozy

Perfect place for our family vacation! 2 married couples, 2 small children, and 3 single adults all fit fine in this 4 bed, 3 bathroom unit. Everything necessary was provided along with other nice items such as strollers, pack n play and pool items for the children. Very easy walk to the pool area. The adult kids walked to the Starbucks a couple of mornings. Aside from publix, which is convenient but pricey, both aldi abd walmart are just a few miles away. The dining room and living room was open with enough comfortable seating for all of us. On warm mornings we sat outside at the table. The only down side of the location is Sand Mine Rd is next to the property so loud dumptrucks drive by all day. But the convenience to Everything else is the trade-off which for us was well worth it!

Nice resort but tired property.

The resort is situated about 35 minutes from the parks and has a nice pool area. The property was nice and had plenty of room for our small family. It has everything you need during your stay. The property is quite dated and could use a refresh. New paint and carpet would make this property perfect!
