The house was well located just off the 192, but was extremely quiet, given its location so close to a main 4 lane highway.
There were a few cleaning issues when we arrived (trash bags scattered all around the trash bins which were totally empty) but the managers got in touch straight away and sent a rep around. My hubby hates spiders and there were about 100 all in the covered patio meaning he wouldn’t go outside until it was resolved, which unfortunately took some time due to pest control and then pressure washing to remove the dead spiders.
I feel that the house could do with a good deep clean, and certainly wasn’t to our expectations on arrival, but the cleaners were brought in the next day to resolve, I intentionally didn’t tell them all the issues so I could check if they were just resolving what we said or whether cleaning properly, unfortunately it was the latter (a previous occupant dropped a bottle behind the side drawers in
The master suite and this was still there when we returned).
That said, the managers were very responsive.
The pool area was lovely, but only 2 loungers, this property can house 9 people, and feel that the owner should invest in further loungers (this is after all a holiday location where you have a pool and sit in the sun) also seats in the main lounge were only sufficient for 6 people at a push). It was just my husband and I but in the future we want to bring extended family to this accommodation, which we could not until more loungers were provided.
There was an ottoman (which I assume would house bedding from the bed settee) which was literally rotten and falling apart. Blinds in the main lounge could do with a service as they are extremely difficult to pull across, and may break if not serviced.
Please take care on the pool area, due to multiple levels caused by the spa, I fell in this area, and only nearly missed falling into the pool where the water is a foot deep.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday at the villa and felt very safe. We are experience holidayers in Orlando having owned an Orlando villa rental business renting out 7 villas in 2 villages along the 535, and so I hope some of the comments here will be investigated further by the property managers/owner as we are very happy to help make the customer experience even better!
