Overall the house was good, had plently of space for us and the location was good for the activities we had. However, felt like we were Nickled and dimed for certian things: pool heater, grill, etc. Also the kitchen did not have mixing bowls, dishware to make a meal in. The out door patio funiture was rusty making the chairs ubstable.

My Stay

Beautiful home and was as advertised. My kids and their kids enjoyed the house very much especially the pool. Just what we needed after a long day at Disney World. Would recommend this place to anyone with a large family.

Beautiful Home with major issues!

During our annual spring break vacation, we brought our three grandsons. However, the initial search for our accommodation proved challenging. Upon arriving late at night, we encountered difficulties in locating the property and had to seek assistance from neighbors. Eventually, we were advised to check-in at a neighboring property across the street.After locating the new property, we were exhausted. As we prepared for bed, we discovered that there were no washcloths available, and the ice maker was malfunctioning, after being serviced we were told we wold need bag ice. We requested that the hot tub and pool be heated, despite being charged, it remained unheated. Subsequently, the hot tub was drained, and filled with excessive amount of chlorine, this , left it unbearable. My grandsons are avid swimmers, bummer. Of Course we requested a refund for the heated pool, as we did have to pay extra for that amenity. However, our request was denied. Additionally, we found out that using the grill was an additional charge of 75. Overall, this vacation was a stressful and unsatisfactory experience. We are eager to embark on a future vacation that will provide a more enjoyable and stress-free atmosphere.

Great Family Vacation Home

The house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 adults and 2 children, as we spent time together and vacationed at Disney. The house was well equipped for us to cook some meals in the morning and evening. Beds and furnishings were comfortable, house was extremely clean and yard was tidy. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice house with alot of space

The house itself was nice and had the space needed for everyone. The outside of the property had cigarette buds everywhere and trash. There was stool smeared on the bathroom wall in downstairs bedroom. The pool cleaners didnt knock and just came into the back to clean the pool. No one told us they were coming and scared us. It also ruined our plans for our last day there as they put chemicals in the pool and we planned to have a pool day for the last night there

Good stay for our family

We have stayed in Solterra Resort before and love the location. This property's layout was good for the needs of our family. Lots of room for our kids upstairs plus a great comfy room for them to hangout in and watch TV. They also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, except the pool light wouldn't come on. The kitchen was great for us to prepare meals, except it lacked pots and utensils. We ended up buying our own to use. My biggest negative thing was I wish there were some more rugs in bathrooms and entry ways for safety reasons. The tile was slick. And when we arrived, the mop was stored in the pantry and made the pantry have a moldy odor. I always bring air freshener which helped get rid of it. We moved the mop into the garage. We didn't use any of the linens because we always use our own, as well as towels. The laundry was very convenient.

Nice house overall

Solterra is one of the older communities in Kissimmee area, so the home is not super up to date. Master vacation home group chat as very responsive with any issues, and the amenities are adequate. The pool heat did not always work. But once it got going was super hot. The community is also a bit further away from the parks than others. So on this crowded week, we had quite a bit of traffic each day. The house worked out great under the circumstances, but not my top pick in this region.

Trip to Orlando

The property was nice. Exactly as described. We did experience issues with the game room which were timely fixed. Some neighbor noise after hours. Would have liked more distance in the back yard between houses. Offered to give us pool heat for the game room issues. Don't think it was turned on until the evening before we left. That night it rained all evening. Distance to Disney is great. Universal is a little farther away but not bad. Not enough restaurants in the area. But there are new ones being built, just not open yet.

Family Fun!!

Our family really enjoyed the rental. There was plenty of space and the pool was great! It was a 15-20min drive to the the Disney Parks. Unfortunately some of the ent games did not work but there was still plenty to do.

The place in general was great. Just needed a little more tender loving. I’m not sure who takes care of the place when it comes to cleaning, I wasn’t impressed at all. I was glad I brought my own everything.

Family Surprise

The property was beautiful as described. Acouple thingsi was out of place, but the management after being notified responded extremely. My family and I truely enjoyed our time there, and didnt want to leave the property ,to visit nearby family. Great place ti safe.
