The booking process and the constant updates was great before our stay. Upon arrival, the outside of the property was beautiful there was contruction around. As we enter the property it’s was stunning and appeared to be clean. As we start to bring in our belongings we noticed an infestation of ants around the whole downstairs. There were ants everywhere kitchen, living room, dining area, by the front door, the downstairs bathroom and patio area. Immediately I called and was told to email pictures. At 3:36pm on 7/29 I sent an email and did not receive a response. I called to confirm they received my email and was told a maintenance person would come out to spray. There was no time frame given or a name. After a hour past I called back and again and ask to speak with a supervisor which she was no help at all. She states the Maintenance main works until midnight and will arrive before then. As visitors who wants to wait all night for a person we don’t knwo to show up. We decided to take matters in our own hands and went to the nearest store Publix to grab ant spray. No one showed up to take care of the ants. I called back the next day and still no one help resolved our issues WE the customers solved the issues. Unprofessional was this. No one took our concerns serious, no one came out and no one return our calls. I still have videos and pictures that was sent to the email they gave us . Please be aware of ants on this property. Yes the house is stunning but the way we were ignored was unprofessional and again we had to resolve the issue ourselves.
