Sarah is an excellent host, her home is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay so much as did our children and grandchildren. It was a magical 2 weeks. Would go back again in a heartbeat. My 4 year old grandson called it Disney, kept telling his parents he wanted to go back to Disney. Sarah was very quick to answer our questions and concerns. A pleasure to work with. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic stay at Belle's Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belle's Villa during our Disney vacation. The townhouse and clubhouse amenities were great, especially the pools. The location has close proximity to Disney parks and basically anything we needed. The place was clean and comfortable. The décor helped make Us feel like we were staying in a Disney resort even though we were not. The host was an excellent communicator and quickly responded to our questions are inquiries.

Wonderful home for your Orlando vacation!

What a beautiful & wonderful home Belle’s Villa is! This is the most well-appointed, cleanest home we have ever rented in Orlando! The kitchen has everything you could need, the appliances are sparkling clean & perfect, and the living area is comfortable & just want you need after a long day in the parks. The bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The owner, Sarah, was so kind & helpful leading up to our stay, answering all my questions quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend Belle’s Villa for your Orlando area vacation. You will not be disappointed.

The Magic of Disney only one villa away!

My family and I stay at Belles Villa, was nothing short, but magical. Perfectly located nearby to all Disney parks, resorts, and even a Walmart right around the corner. This was my first experience staying at any kind of rental home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place at such a reasonable price. His home is located in an amazing neighborhood with on-site amenities for pools, entertainment. Sarah was always there when I needed her if I had any questions months leading up to my stay and during my stay. A few days before my check-in date, my daughter got sick and we were supposed to go on a cruise before checking in at the Villa for the weekend. I immediately reached out to Sarah and told her my situation. Because no one had booked that week to stay at the villa, she was willing to let us check in that same day of our cruise if we decided not to go. Overall, my experience leading up to my stay and during my stay exceeded all expectations. This villa is absolutely beautiful and magical. If anybody is thinking about whether they should choose this home for their vacation or not I encourage you 100% confidence, Belles Villa is the place to be. 5/5 ⭐️

Truly Magical

Very impressed with our stay! As soon as we walked in we dropped our bags with excitement. The pictures online do the place no justice. Every little detail is truly magical. I’ve stayed at every tier on property place Disney has to offer and also stayed at various places at Windsor hills and this one by far takes the cake. Way more magical that on property resorts in our opinion. The place was extremely clean and the decor was perfect and very comfy. Extra blankets, etc. Communication with owners was perfect. They left a little welcome happy basket that made my 10 year olds entire trip. All I can say is the details made it all truly magical and we already can’t wait to come back!

The Most Fantastic Place to stay !!!!!!

This was an A+ Property , for so many reasons 1) Communication with the homeowner was fantastic. She was beyond helpful, generous and quick to respond. 2) The house was incredibly clean and had everything that we could possibly need and then some. 3) Everything was in excellent condition and well maintained. Beds were mega comfy. We have stayed at Windsor Hills each winter for a decade at many different places this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. It didn’t feel like a rental it felt like our home for 2 weeks. We can wait to stay here again.

Amazing property and location

Where do I start? I had spent a week at another property in Windsor Hills and extended our stay at Belle's Villa. Wish I had stayed here the whole time. I have rented countless times, but never have I had a host like Sarah who goes above and beyond for her guests. The house was beautiful! Every room was well decorated and clean!!! The water slides were a hit for my kids as well as the private pool!!! It was so amazing and so family friendly! The house was spotless! I loved everything about this house, but I think I loved the host even more!!! If your looking for an amazing spacious vacation rental this is the one for you!! I promise you won't regret it!!!! Sarah thank you for everything!! You are truly an amazing individual! I can not wait to come back and send my friends and family for you to host them! Thank you again and I look forward to next Summer and my stay at Belles Beautiful Villa!

Beautiful rental!

This property is exactly as the photos portray. Absolutely gorgeous with everything you need for your stay. We loved the Disney themed rooms and the private pool. The community pool area was wonderful! Sarah was wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here!

Exactly as pictured

Perfection. As an OCD mom of four that doesn't leave home without her own towels and bleach wipes, I was so, so happy to arrive at this beautiful home. It was exactly as pictured and so clean. My teenagers loved all the amenities as did my four and eight year old. Rare to make everyone happy! We were in town for the national volleyball tournament and the location is perfect. We were close enough to everything but it was still private and protected-especially with the gated security. I felt so prepared to enjoy the property thanks to Sarah's detailed communications prior to our arrival and checking in with us. Having our own pool to come home to after volleyball was an added bonus. It's so rare for a family of six to all agree on something but we all agreed this was perfect!

Loved our Disney stay here!!

Wow! First off, the hospitality and kindness of Sarah is above and beyond. I have stayed at many rentals and her friendliness and accommodation is exceptional. The home was incredibly clean, tidy, cozy and welcoming. The amenities are wonderful and everything you need is literally 1-2 miles away. I highly recommend staying here and will be coming back again. We stayed with 2 kids 5 years old and under and they absolutely loved the Disney themes throughout the home. 💕

Amazing Disney getaway

We booked this property for a Disney getaway over spring break. It was the perfect size for our family and very convenient to the parks and stores. The kids loved the plunge pool and the water park. It made our down days a blast for the kids, as well. We would certainly stay again if/when we return to Disney!

Spring Break Orlando Trip

This property was perfect all around. Was a great proximity to Disney, Universal, LegoLand, etc. We stayed a week during our spring break with two kids (3 & 6) and they loved the decorations and the water park at the pool. Everything in the house was updated and well taken care of. My only complaint would be nicer toilet paper :).

Excellent Property

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. It is beautifully updated and was clean. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and work with. She was very accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend this place!

Great experience

This was our first time using Vrbo so we were a little nervous about cleanliness etc during these times especially. Sarah did a wonderful job of easing our concerns and was always just a quick text away for any questions. Check in was a breeze, the place was neat, and the location was outstanding. Perfectly perfect

Can’t say enough good things about this property and location and and facilities. Property manager is amazing, helpful , kind. The place is immaculate in terms of cleanliness and I never say that. Location is short drive to Disney parks and stores and places to eat. Will definitely return!!!
