Muy buena la casa

La casa muy buena y limpia lo único que no me gusto es que está un Poco distante de los parques casi 40 minutos y que se les olvidó calentar la piscina para nuestra llegada por lo demás todo bien.

Good Getaway

My family enjoyed the rental property! We chose Davenport because it was a midway point to Tampa, Disney, and Universal. We had a few small issues and the property manager was very attentive and handled our needs right away.

Just don't

The house is in bad shape. The view from the non functional pool is gone. There is a house less than 10 mtr. away. The house has several places with water damage in the walls and ceiling. Some of the kitchen cabinets smells of mold. The activity room needs an upgrade and a repair man. Carpets are stained and the house doesn't feel clean at all especially with all the ants around. 2/3 of the lights didn't work. The microwave oven is banged up that it is difficult to use, the refrigerator is rusted. We had the pool repair guy out twice on 10 days, and they couldn't fix all the issues. Spend a few bucks more and find a better place. Only upside was the TV package. A lot of chaos with getting in to the premises and using the facilities there.

property manager help alot and was very easy to talk to however, we booked this stay months in advance and we we arrived the pool wasn't cleaned and there were tiny aints in the kitchen and bedrooms. The pool was cleaned the next day while we were at Disney

Prima woning, inchecken was goed geregeld. Ondanks dat we in de nacht aankwamen. Ruime woning met alle voorzieningen. En alles was goed aan te rijden.

Great time

This property is beautiful and in a lovely development. The only thing is I wish the jacuzzi jets worked better and the phone service there isn’t great but other then that my family and I had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back next yr.

Orlando visit

Great stay, could have used more pots and pans. Was charged for pool heat even though I didn't ask for it. But the property was clean and as described. Beware of the traffic most drives were taking 45 minutes

Great Location

Great location to enjoy all Orlando has to offer without driving a lot. Centrally located in the state so day trips to the beach are also an option. Property management company apparently only has one person attending to each property and he was on vacation so we never got to use the hot tub as it was not working. Other than that, perfect spot. Would rent again.

Florida Vacation February

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The hot tub jets that were reported as not functioning in other reviews were in great condition. The property had ants but that is expected in Florida especially with children dropping food everywhere. Towels were plentiful. Beds were comfortable. We had a great vactaion.

Good value - Mediocre House

We rented this house in 2019 and again in 2022. We will not go back as we feel upkeep of the property needs to be addressed. Our biggest issue this stay was the hot tub jets not working. We contacted the agency, they were responsive and did send someone out. However, the pool guy brushed off the issue stating the owners don’t have the proper setup in place for the jets to work reliably. He got them working briefly and within hours they stopped again. Everything about the house is mediocre at best. Pots, pans, and dishes need to be replaced. We paid for pool/spa heat which worked but the pool was definitely not cleaned before we checked in. We found glow sticks and hair clumps in the pool over our first few days. The dishwasher is extremely loud. Due to the open layout of the house and tile throughout it makes it hard to have a conversation when it’s running. Some closet doors are off the tracks. Most areas of the home could use a fresh coat of paint. There are sections of the screen around the pool that need to be replaced. The thing that saves this house is it’s value. It’s priced right due to everything mentioned above. However, I’m now in the category of preferring to spend another 200-400 per week to have a better equipped and cared for home. The agency was responsive and did nothing wrong. I only reached out about the hot tub jets and some overflowing trash that was initially left on the property. They addressed both in a timely manner.

Communication is quick, need new property workers

The place was nice and large for our group of 10, everyone had a bed to sleep in. The hot water never ran out when showering. Within 10 min is an Aldi for reasonably priced groceries. There needs to be new workers that do the weekly upkeep of the property. 14 lightbulbs out (we replaced all the ones we could), hot tub not filling, missing equipment so we couldn’t play on everything in the garage, dead batteries in bedroom remotes so TV’s couldn’t be used, missing kitchen chair, and broken and incomplete kitchen items. All those things could easily be fixed and updated. Add some touch up paint on the walls where chairs had scraped and it would be much nicer! For the price, size, and bed availability, it was great. Just some updates are needed.

Our family got together for Thanksgiving here. We had a great time while visiting several parks which were located an hour or less away. We asked a lot of questions when planning our trip and Marc was very helpful.

Clean but multiple issue

We had a wonderful time. The home is clean but needs updating. Like everyone else we paid for pool and hot tube to be warmed but they weren’t. The jets didn’t work very well. Take your own towels and wash clothes. We were a group of 7 women we had 4 towels and 2 wash clothes. I called the property manager and he told me where to get more towels and tried to trouble shoot the pool. When opened the locked closet there was a lot of towels so that was solved we never got the pool hot enough to use but managed to get the jacuzzi warm enough to use. I would stay again and I would recommend in the summer when pool could be used.

Not pleased

The photos of the pool with the empty lot for privacy behind the property doesn’t exist anymore. We had construction workers the whole week working right behind us and couldn’t really enjoy peace and quite by pool. The temp of inside home suppose to be by nest thermostat and set at comfortable temp but some days we came back and it was 85degrees. I had to buy additional fans for rooms because it was so uncomfortable. Ants where in almost every room. Cobwebs in corners of a lot of the rooms. And by how many bugs where trapped the cobwebs had been there for sometime! Not enough towels for showers and pool use. Had to wash a load everyday. Carpet had stains all over. The faucet upstairs bathroom was barely hanging on. Microwave handle broke. There is something wrong with the oven because the top became extremely hot when it was in use. The pillows where nasty and stained in every bedroom. The walls where covered in dirty hand marks. We had cleaning service literally outside waiting in driveway for us to leave which made us feel rushed even though it was only 10:30. I’d never book this property again. I’ve never stayed at a vrbo property that lacked such maintenance and cleanliness.

Photos and description of house didn't match the actual house.

Did not feel the photos matched the property. The floors were dirty. There was a dead frog that appeared to be there quite awhile that was found in one of the bedrooms. There were ants in a couple of the rooms. Lamps that had no light bulbs in them and no replacements provided to place in them. A couple of the sliding closet doors were broken or didn't have doors. Only a roll of toilet paper was provided in each of the bathrooms with no extras anywhere else. Had to buy own toilet paper. Tried to call the "personal number" that was given to me by the property manager to explain these items, the phone number was actually a customer service line where I couldn't get ahold of anyone even when calling when they were supposed to be just opening. We just felt like the place was not well maintained.
