This was not what was expected.
Highly disappointed. I will not stay at a Champions Gate property again. We didn’t have access to the game room because the breaker box was located in there. Why is that important you ask? Well because we had a room that didn’t have ANY electricity to it half of the time we were there. We looked so ghetto plugging in an extension cord that was luckily in one of our tool boxes. From the moment we checked in the kids who worked the pool were rude. Also, asked for early check in and was told that it shouldn’t be a problem. Then magically that day, it would automatically notify me when the property was available. Mind you, I drove overnight with two under two. They didn’t send any of the gate keys for anyone to check in. Don’t get me started on how dirty the house was. The bath mats has BLACK MOLD growing under them. The AC filter was disgusting. Decorative pillows in the main bedroom were stained with blood spots. The tubs were dirty. One of the upstairs showers had a leak. The couch is broken on one side. The stick em on border for the mirror was stupid and kept falling off. The idea of the house for the price was great. The execution? It was a total miss. I cannot recommend this house or the facilities. Also, the long lines with the gate key situation is an absolute headache. When you complain, they tell you that they don’t speak much English so whoever is assisting you doesn’t have to deal with you.
