Pleasant stay. Property clean and close to Disney Parks about 6 minutes away. Neighborhood nice and close to several restaurants and stores. Walmart close by. Enjoyed pool and nice gameroom and theater room after the parks. Definite a great stay. Will use again.

Perfect

This house was perfect, it had everything we needed and was in such a great location. Our granddaughters loved the pool and the movie theater. We also found it really easy to get to the parks without all of the crazy traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family gatherings

Overall my family had a great stay at the home. The house is spacious, yet cozy and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Outside of a few minor suggestions, I would definitely see us staying there again.

Amazing!! This house is not just a house, it’s actually a home. My little family enjoyed it. Super clean, spacious, the movie theatre room is perfect, our family of 10 got together watched movies with popcorn, surround system was a big hit. The swimming pool and spa is kept clean and heated. Plenty of room for all and very appreciated that Chai welcomes your furry family member. That’s a big plus for many of us that will not leave them behind. Chai is a perfect host, replies immediately to any message. Thank you Chai for opening your home to us, the girls really enjoyed their birthdays, looking forward to returning

Lovely rental home

We had my parents join us as they live in Florida and we are from Maryland. We had a wonderful time. The home theater was a highlight of our stay. We also grilled cheeseburgers one night. We loved the spacious open living room with a balcony.

To drive 6-7 hours with family and be met with this clean and cozy house was amazing. The outside doesn’t do it justice, it is larger than I was expecting, with plenty of space for everyone. Nice pool side bbq w/ dining table set up. Kids loved the pool, it was larger in comparison to our neighbors. Had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Spacious house, amazing host

Everything was as described. Plenty of room for our family and the host was always prompt to respond. The theater room was perfect for watching sports. Community is very nice and set back in a quiet area.

Most amazing stay for family

We came to celebrate our daughter turning 3 and niece turning 15. We loved everything about this vacation rental/home. We were made comfortable and was able to really enjoy family time. Checking was so easy. Response time for things we made have needed was quick. We can not wait to return. Thank you so much Chai for your hospitality.

Family Vacation

It was close to everything. We had 3 families traveling together n staying together, this place was perfect for us. The check in and check out process was so easy and not stressful at all. Extra Bonus to the daily trash pick up!!!! With 3 families, we had so much trash from all the take out food and paper plates (no one wants to do dishes on vacation!).

Great but little things could make it better.

Loved this house, layout is good, pool and hot tub were nice, location to Disney was good. Could be cleaner, waxy build-up on bathroom floor, more towels and trash bags would be nice and some updating would be good. Otherwise, great house at this price point.

Great family house

We vacationed with my mom and our 6 kids and this house was perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved swimming in the pool. The clubhouse and community pool is just a short walk down the street. Checkin was super easy and we had no problems. If you use Instacart for groceries, they will deliver to the house which made it super easy for us to stock the fridge right when we got there without leaving the property. Target and Walmart are both a short drive away if you need to grab anything. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property.

Bill M. New Hampshire 17th year annual Golf Trip

The house is as advertised . Big, roomy and clean. There is big TV in living room and the (3) large bedrooms also have TV's. Could use a few more pots and pans. Great, secure location. Lastly, the property manager Chai Xiong was on top of any minor situation that occurred. He answered his phone/text promptly. We have never had a PM this good in 17 years!!

The property was in good overall condition. The location was great if we were planning on visiting parks, but we were in town for business. This meant forever battling park traffic. There was no mention in the ad that signed vehicles couldn't park overnight. The landlord went above and beyond to make sure the vehicles we had would be acceptable for the HOA. FL HOA are incredibly powerful, and a complete pain in the behind!
