House is in need of repair.
This could be a great property, however it is in great need of repair. Two showers did not work, the kitchen sink drains very slowly, the furniture in the loft needs to be repaced, some kitchen chairs are in need of being replaced, both back door locks need repair, half the ceiling fans do not work. Shower leaks into the foyer below, t.v. in one bedroom did not work, carpets beyond filthy, bedding filthy and no extras left, washing machine would not drain all the way and not enough towels in the house to accommodatea all guests. Also dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and dirty towels left in washing machine. Most blinds were broken on the sliding doors and could not be closed. One bathroom was infested with ants. Contacted the management company during our stay when the kitchen sink stopped draining altogether and noticed the leaky shower. Later advised them of all the issues and their response was thank you for the feedback. Never an apology. Refunded $100 but that in no way comes close to taking care of the inconvenience. Beware the pictures look much better than reality. I expressed my concerns about their customer service being sub par and received no response in return. Highly recommend you continue looking at other properties if you want to avoid your vacation being ruined.
