Welcome to our stunning and spacious 5-bedroom holiday home. This inviting retreat features a
private pool and spa and is situated within the prestigious Solana Resort, positioned with no rear
neighbours.

Solana is conveniently located off the US Highway 27, providing easy access to the Disney parks and
the nearby I-4 Highway for Universal Studios. This location is an excellent choice for shoppers and
food lovers alike, with a variety of nearby fashionable outlet malls, grocery and department stores,
as well as a wide selection of local and chain restaurants within close proximity. Enjoy the
convenience of easy access to shopping, essentials, and delectable dining experiences. Golf
enthusiasts will find golf courses a short drive away.

The Villa:

Our spacious two-story home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering 5-bedrooms and
4-bathrooms. It is tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard, providing both comfort and
quality. Our dedicated Management Company ensures that the villa is expertly maintained, keeping
it immaculately clean inside and out. It is the perfect place to unwind after a busy and exciting day.

Recently redecorated in a modern style, our villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped to meet all
your vacation needs. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy cable TV entertainment. We provide
linens and towels for your convenience. The villa offers one master King-size bedroom with an
ensuite bathroom, two Queen-size double bedrooms (one with an ensuite), a bunkbed room, and a
twin bedroom, and two separate bathrooms.

In More Detail:

Upon entering the villa, you will find an open-plan tiled space that includes a well-equipped kitchen,
a breakfast area, and a separate dining area with wooden flooring. The lounge area features a large
flat-screen TV with cable TV, and patio doors leading to the lanai. Adjacent to the lounge, the master
king-size bedroom boasts its own cable-equipped flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom with his and
her washbasins, a full-size corner bath, a separate shower, and direct access to the lanai.
To the right of the entrance, the garage has been converted into a recreation room with cinema
seating, a projector with a large screen, and a full-size ping-pong table. Guests can enjoy access to their
own streaming accounts, such as Amazon and Netflix, watching their favourite shows and movies on
the big screen. To the left of the entrance, a Queen bedroom awaits with a cable-equipped flat-
screen TV.
A separate shower room and a laundry room are located near the recreation room on the right side
as you enter the property.

Upstairs Layout:

On the upper level, you will find three bedrooms all with a flat-screen TV and cable access.
The Queen room has a charming lion king mural on the feature wall with matching décor. There is a
large wardrobe with hanging space and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
For the kids, the room features delightful Mickey Mouse-themed décor with a full bed, and the twin room
showcases a fun Minions mural on a feature wall along with an Xbox for entertainment.
A separate family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower completes the upstairs layout.

The Pool and Spa:

Enjoy the well-maintained large pool and spa. The pool deck is fully screened to keep it clean and
bug-free. Relax on the lanai and savour outdoor dining after a day of exploration. The pool features
underwater lighting for evening swims, and a safety fence is in place for your peace of mind. We also
provide safe (plastic) tableware for your use outside. If desired, the pool and spa can be heated for a
pleasant experience during the winter months as an optional extra.

Additional Information:

Parking is available for two family-sized vehicles in the driveway at the front of the villa, with
additional parking at the resort Clubhouse. The clubhouse, just a minutes walk away, offers fabulous
amenities, including an arcade room, gym, large pool with a separate jacuzzi, cabanas with loungers,
a Tiki bar, a childrens play area, pool tables, ping pong tables, a sundries shop, and a volleyball
court.
Your stay includes free Wi-Fi internet access and towels and linens provided for your use. For the
comfort of all guests our home is non-smoking, and we kindly ask that no pets are brought along.

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
