The Space:

Soft Florida breezes drift through the open windows as you step onto a spacious patio, the private pool glistening under the warm sky. After a day of thrills at the nearby parks, you can unwind in the cool water while the night air settles over the garden. Mornings begin with sunlight spilling into one of the eight generous bedrooms, inviting you to stretch out before the adventure begins.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps 12 across eight bedrooms and offers twelve beds, giving families and friends plenty of space to rest. Six full bathrooms keep the morning routine flowing smoothly, whether you’re heading out early for Disney or returning from a day of exploration.



Indoor living

Two large living areas provide room to gather, watch TV, or enjoy a quiet moment. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, while a dedicated workspace and reliable wifi let you catch up on emails or plan the next outing. Towels, bed linens, a washer and dryer are supplied for your convenience.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, ready for any meal you choose to create. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces let you enjoy breakfast before a park day or share dinner under the stars.

Located in Four Corners within the Windsor at Westside community, the home sits about 20‑25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. Nearby shopping, dining and entertainment, plus easy access to State Road 192, US 27 and I‑4, keep everything within reach.



Practical details

Free on‑site parking, additional street parking and an EV charger are provided. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher and first‑aid kit. Self‑check‑in with a keypad adds convenience, and the property is pet‑friendly.

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There are (2) spot designated in front of the home that has the unit number painted on the space - any additional vehicles can park on the unassigned spots throughout the community!



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
