On our first morning, we found one of our vehicles had been towed from the driveway overnight for allegedly being "parked on the grass," even though 90% of the truck was on the small driveway. I read all pre-check-in materials and was mindful of the street-parking warnings, but nothing mentions anything about tires touching grass from the driveway. We started the trip 230 poorer and missed two hours at Magic Kingdom waiting to retrieve our vehicle. The tow company demanded cash only, which was very unscrupulous.The second issue was the upstairs temperature. A note by the upstairs thermostat says not to set it below 72F or the coils will freeze. This left all upstairs bedrooms uncomfortably warm all night. Several guests woke up sweating. Only those who slept downstairs — where we set it to 68 — slept well. This limitation was never disclosed before our stay.Both issues stem from things not communicated in advance. They significantly impacted our experience and our wallets. Future guests deserve to know what they're getting into. I would have made sure to not have had even a tire on the grass at all if I knew it was a tow-able offense and I would not have booked this property to begin with if I knew about the temperature restrictions on the upstairs thermostat in advance.
