Wonderful stay! This home was spacious, very clean, and attractive. The beds were comfortable. The pool was refreshing after a long day. Game room was fun. The washer and dryer were very convenient. Check in was easy. Communication was great. Highly recommended!

Very nice, clean property. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have bathrooms in multiple bedrooms as we had multiple families. Host was very communicative when a problem arose with the pool and did his best to solve it quickly. I will note that there are no extras so be prepared to buy toilet paper, kitchen garbage bags, ziplocks, salt/pepper, etc. Overall the house was very nice! Would recommend to others.

My family group of 7 adults stayed for 4 days. We had a great time. I had a few questions during the stay and the host responded promptly each time. The place is spacious and beautiful.

Host needs to have cleaning crue focus on cleaning the floorboards , especially in the bathrooms. Clean carpet. Hosts needs to replace the coffee pot, provide more trash bags and salt pepper and put in some salad tongs. Provide a few more towels.Ty

The house is in a nice secure gated village. The house was as described and very roomy. We did have a problem with the heat in pool/hot tub, however, management was quick to respond and it was fixed. The washer was out of order, but we were able to dry towels. Overall, great experience and would reserve here again. The kids enjoyed the pool and the game room!

While it was a good value for the stay there were definitely a few things that could have been a better. It would be great if there were a few more towels and washcloths, maybe some plastic cups to bring out to the pool area? Also we struggled with the hot tub heat and the pool functioning most of the time- seems like the pool company was having issues with programming the system.

Overall a good stay. Minor issues but clean and as listed , hard time to heat jacuzzi and one tv not working but everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay there

This was a great location for our family. The house was spacious and had the right number of bedrooms and for us. If we had any questions the property manager was very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet.

Very Nice

The property was just as listed. Everything was very nice. The code didn't work but the owner and property manage quickly rectified this issue. I definitely recommend this property.

Loved our stay

We stayed here the last week of April and were a party of 6 adults & 1 child. it was a short notice booking due to circumstances outside of our control, but we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The villa is bigger than expected, and the outdoor area is spot on. Being able to use the BBQ without paying extra was a massive bonus too. The beds were all super comfy and the villa kept in a lovely condition. Rodrigo couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating, we can’t thank him enough.

Great Vacation

House was very clean, there were a few issues with dish washer, pool and hot tub too cool but were fixed upon request. The only thing we didn’t say anything about was the stove oven, it never got hot enough to cook anything. We had a bbq so we just used that.We would stay there again.

Clean and Comfortable

Overall stay was great. There was a broken ice maker that they tried to fix but never was fixed during our stay. We just bought ice when we needed it. Shower in one of the bathrooms overflowed which prevented toilets from flushing. The problem was fixed very quickly and did not interfere with our enjoyment of the rental. The pool, hot tub, and grill all were very nice and clean. We will try to stay here again on our next trip to Florida.

Can't wait to come back!

It was the perfect stay! Rodrigo and his wife were very helpful, nice and responded super quick. The house was super clean. It was bigger than I expected. The beds were also comfy. My mother is in a wheelchair and the bottom floor had plenty of space for her to get around. The kitchen sink started to leak so I called the number for management and the stove was missing a knob when I got there. But they both worked fine. We went to Disney and it is a really close drive. The most was 20 minutes, unless you were stuck in rush hour. Definitely going to book this home again. We didn't want to leave! We loved it!

Fantastic house!!!

Had great communication in advance of the stay with Rodrigo and everything turned out to be even better than anticipated!! House is stunning, was immaculately cleaned in advance of our arrival and was the perfect home for our week in Florida.The beds were the comfiest beds we have experienced and all bedrooms were huge. More than enough bathrooms that were all great (not even sure we used them all during the stay!) and then the pool and hot tub were amazing - heated perfectly which meant it was great to use morning, afternoon and night. Some of the poolside furniture could do with replacing (rust on the legs of the sunbeds - but that would be my only issue and even then it wasnt even really an issue!). We spent one day using the resort pool/waterslide/lazy river - all very nice as well but my kids preferred being at the house and swimming there!Used door dash a few evenings and had no issues getting food delivered to the house.Everything is about a 10-20 min drive from the house - stores, restaurants etc and the drive into Orlando for theme parks was sometimes a pain in the butt (but that is summer traffic in Florida).Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect house.

Golf vacation March 2023

Pool and hot tube heat was never at an adequate temperature. Could not us the pool or hot tube. 1st floor TV's never functioned correctly, master bedroom TV no channels, could only connect to Amazon TV. Don't mean to be overly critical, but there were no soap holder or selves in any of the showers and no ceiling fans in bedrooms. Accessing the neighborhood at the main entrance was a complete nightmare every day.
