The pool was a highlight after returning from Disney each day. The complimentary heat was a plus too! Kids loved the extra game room and the neat decorations! House is very spacious, plenty of room to spread out. Very close to all parks and main parkway where dozens of restaurants are near. Extra plus with a Wal-Mart and Target close by too! Nice pool and splash park in the resort. We visited once but kids wanted to go more, just not enough tine. Traffic can be heavy around the area but it is Disney so no fault of anyone’s there! We have been going to Disney about every 3 years and when we go back I will make sure I check out this very house again!

This was our second stay at this property. Everything was just a great as the first time!House is very clean and well stocked with bedding, towels, and everything you need in the kitchen.We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we bring the family to Florida.

This truly was an amazing place to bring my family. We stayed last week during spring break and the kids did not want to leave the house. The pool area is where we spent most of the vacation. The privacy with no one behind us was the best. We had daily visits from lizards, squirrels and a hawk that sat on the back fence daily. The game room was the second most used room. We had only small children and the Infinity tables were perfect for them; we never had to turn on the TV. Lots of space and the bedrooms were great.

Our whole family enjoyed staying at this property! The convenience to the parks can’t be beat. The resort itself comes with its own fun water park and game room. And the house is just as pictured. Would definitely come back!

If your family is looking for a place to stay in Orlando, look no further. My family of 10 (3 couples plus 4 kids ranging from age 1 to 11) just completed a 7 day stay at this home while vacationing at Disney. Josh's house is perfect. My son's family was the first to arrive and sent me a text that said "We don't need to go to Disney, we can just stay here". All of the bedrooms and bathrooms have Disney themes and there are little touches all over the house (example: Hooks by the front door to hang your Mickey ears). The house was very clean and in a great gated neighborhood. No issues with loud neighbors or anything like that. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the hot tub. We didn't make it to the pool and waterpark that is part of the subdivision until the last night. It is amazing! A very large pool and larger than you would expect waterslides and splashpad. There's also a small gym and gameroom there. Speaking of gamerooms, the gameroom in the Star Wars cantina themed room in the house was a big hit. Game sets with hundreds of games, an XBox setup with multiple screens, etc. The kids and adult kids loved it and spent hours in there playing. This is a PERFECT place for a family stay during a Disney vacation! Forgot to mention all of the Disney parks are only minutes away!

The house was as-advertised and great. Everything was clean and neat. Our kids loved the various themed rooms. Very easy to get to the Disney parks, and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby for food and supplies. We didn’t have a chance to spend much time in the community pool, but that was great as well. Josh was quick and helpful in responding to a couple of questions that arose during our stay. Very pleased with our choice.

Beautiful house!

This house had plenty of room for the 8 of us to sprawl out. Our kids loved the themed rooms and LOVED the arcade room. Host was very responsive to any questions I had and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic week away!

We had a fabulous week! The house was amazing and really made our week feel magical yet private off busy Disney property! There was plenty of space for our 10 guests to spread out and not feel cramped or crowded. The house was well supplied with dishes, cookware, bath towels, pool towels, etc. The Disney themes and touches throughout the home were incredible and charming. We loved having our own pool which overlooked a nature area giving the backyard a private feel. The game room provided hours of entertainment. Amazing space and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect Family Setting

This house is perfect for any family that loves Disney. Each room had a theme. My grandchildren love the Toy Story and Nemo themed rooms and we all enjoyed the game room and the open floor plan. Very responsive host, clean house and great location made this a very pleasant vacation for all .

Perfect for a multi-family or large family get away

This house was everything that it was advertised. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Windsor Hills and both times were great. All the decor was super cool and my kids loved it. It is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and to Disney. The check in process was very easy as long as you respond to the VRBO message details required after booking. There were plenty of towels, Bath and pool. The only thing we had to bring extra with us was toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and there were no little couch blankets. They had a regular coffee machine and a keurig. Plenty of kitchen stuff. The xbox in the game room did not have game so bring your own. Hope this is helpful when you are planning your next trip. We did love it here and would do this one again! Highly recommended.
