Awesome Holiday!

We had such a wonderful vacation with our grown children and grandkids. The kids enjoyed the pool, whirlpool, gameroom and best of all, the home theatre room which was used daily. Every room was beautiful! I've had several people reach out to me and ask for all the details to the house. Thank you again!

Amazing place

We loved the property a lot. Plenty of space and activities for the kids. Very close to other big attractions. In the photos it show an avatar character room. upon arrival there was no Avatar character which my kids were looking forward to. Also, my suggestion would be to provide better pots and pans to cook on. All of our food was just buring to the bottom of them and the handles were about to rust off. It does need more/bigger kitchen utensils. There were antz/bugs all over. They didn't seem to bother us. They didn't bite or really bug us but they were all over the place.

The property was wonderful! We all had a blast!

The house was perfect for our family! We had so much fun! The property manager was easy to get a hold of and made sure to answer our questions. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the heating of the pool. I contacted the property manager requesting for the heat on the pool turned on. We waited the 24 hours for it to heat and it didn’t. They had to restart it. It worked after restarting but we were still charged for the day that it wasn’t working. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!

Very spacious and comfortable

Flying in on a red eye and having a miscommunication on check in time really set things off of the wrong foot - it was difficult having management only working during business hours 9am. Aside from the morning mishap, the property itself is nice and spacious. Plenty of things to do inside the house and having 8 of is there we all had a wing of the home to spread out very comfortably. The movie theater was a favorite for the night and the swimming pool during the day. The arcade is okay and the basketball game is incredibly noisy for the rest of the home. Property location is in a very nice resort with a great community area. The neighboring houses however can get pretty loud into the late of the night with pool parties and house parties that run til 2 or 3am. However noise levels inside the home isn't too bad unless you are a very light sleeper. Most rooms do require you to keep the blinds closed as neighbors can easily see into the rooms and bathrooms if you leave them open as houses are very close to one another. The closest place for drinks nearby is 7 eleven, otherwise any store runs or restaurants is a 15 minute drive as most roads off property is 35 mph roads. There is also a school zone down the street so coming or going at the wrong time can be a hassle. Rooms were spacious enough, a few of the doors wouldn't close/latch shut. The kitchen is very much lacking if housing a lot of folks and wanting to cook anything. Very basic pots and pans. Plenty of silverware and plates/bowls/cups but no seasonings, cooking utensils are limited to three wooden spoons and knives are no sharper than a butter knife. Dish washer rack is broken and soap won't release when washing. Washer and dryer is great. Vacuum is terrible. A/C downstairs is super cold, upstairs can get rather stuffy. Overall, good property and spacious, it was nice that it's 20 mins from disneyworld and traffic was rarely an issue.

Raeally nice but some changes needed

We really enjoyed the stay overall! Plenty of room for our family of 13 to spread out and have space. There are just a couple of inconveniences that we had to deal with and hopefully can be remedied for future guests. First, we followed what the welcome stay binder instructed us as far as the trash. We put it in the bin and we’re told in the binder that it would be emptied daily. Well…that was not the case, but the trash did get emptied after the 4th day. We reached out to VRBO and Jeeves service and both were really responsive in trying to get the matter corrected. With a family of 13 even going to Disney each day of our stay, the trash can pile up. =) Secondly, lighting was an issue. The lights in the main gathering area upstairs did not work no matter what light switch we tried. However, not a big deal for us as we were gone throughout the day and crashed after Disney at night. There are no overhead lights in the bedroom on the main floor. Not sure why there was no light in the ceiling fan but the other rooms just like it had lights in the same ceiling fan/light fixture. An over head light would have been great besides just the night stand lights. However, just a minor inconvenience. There are also missing overhead lights in the ceiling fan fixtures over the back deck/patio…again, minor inconvenience. Thirdly, before and after your shower in the bathroom off the main floor bedroom, you will be on display to the neighbors next-door. The window over the shower is high and while in the shower the neighbors cannot see you, however, the neighbors on the 2nd floor on the next-door house can see you in all your glory before you get in and after you get out of the shower stall. Also, with where the mirror is, you think you may be safe but the mirror also provides another angle for the neighbors. After showering in the dark, the first night, I figured out how to protect our privacy by putting the pool towels folder vertically in the window and thus gave us privacy to shower. It took 5 of them vertically folded to go across the window in case this is not remedied and you book this house for your stay. If you don’t mind being seen in all your glory, then you don’t need to worry about this. =) Fourthly, the neighborhood. It was loud at times but I am not sure if it is because of year-round people or if the people renting the houses were loud. Having said that, the sound proofing in this house was pretty decent. Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience staying here. House was sparkling clean and looks even better in person. Location was overall good and was super close to store and the gas station. In short this is by far the best place we have stayed on vrbo

Amazing house! There were 15 of us and the bedroom layout worked perfectly for us! We spent time at the Solara resort, which was a great added bonus! It only took about 20min to get to Disney and 30 to Universal. We loved it!

Beautiful home

Wonderful property! Everything was beautiful and spotless. The rooms were all very cool with their different themes and the game room and theatre room were amazing. Jen at Villatel recommend we check out the resort for some extra family fun and I'm so glad we did! Would recommend to anyone trying to get together to hang out.

So much space!

Great home, great community! Very convenient to the parks and restaurants. This home was huge. We are a group of 7 adults and 2 young children. We had bedrooms to spare! It was clean and easy for our family. We would love to stay there again!
