I would NEVER go through Executive Villas again!!!
We rented 2 different properties in this community. This property.Pros: The property itself was clean. Cons - 1. Before we arrived at the property, I had contacted Executive asking if they needed names of the drivers coming into the property. Their response was "Guests just need to provide names to access, if you need a QR, please contact the onsite team number provided at the arrival details." This was not correct. When I arrived, the front gate said they didn't have my name and that they needed to receive names from the management co. I also went to the Club House, and they said the same thing. I tried calling the management company several times and the connections was terrible. I was finally able to give them the house number, and I sent the names of the drivers. On their response they had the wrong house number. After a second try, and they sent the names, they didn't give the names of all of the drivers. VERY FRUSTRATED!! 2. We didn't spend a lot of time at this house so there was very minimal time having the door open. When we got back to the house around 10:30 pm, the upstairs air conditioner wasn't working. It was 80 degrees upstairs. I sent a message that night around 11 pm. The next day WE had to call maintenance. Finally late that day the management responded to my message. VERY VERY FRUSTRATED!!! This is Florida when the temperature outside feels like 100 degrees. It's inconvenient that I am limited to 1500 characters!!!
