Cosmic Clubhouse is a ten-bedroom retreat behind the gates of Encore Resort at Reunion, the kind of place where 23 people can spread out without anyone feeling far from the action. The open-concept main floor keeps cooking, lounging, and gathering in one bright, connected space, with a dining table set for sixteen so the whole crew can sit down together. A full kitchen makes group breakfasts and post-park dinners easy, and when the Florida evening cools off, the covered lanai out back is where everyone drifts — private pool on one side, spillover spa beside it, and comfortable seating for the people who'd rather watch than swim.

Then there's the entertainment. The galaxy-themed games room is the showstopper: arcade machines, foosball, air hockey, and an arcade basketball hoop, with enough between them to keep kids and competitive adults busy for hours. A dedicated home theater takes over for movie nights, and the rotation of who's-playing-what rarely winds down before bedtime.

SeaWorld and Universal Orlando sit roughly twenty minutes out, and Orlando International Airport is a little over half an hour away — close enough that travel days stay short on both ends.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This property comes equipped with a Pack'n'Play and High chair.
- Pool/spa heat is only available from November 1 through March 31.
- Guests only have access to the resort's restaurant, but not on the clubhouse, gym, courts, or the water park.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
