Casa de piscina súper tranquila, cerca de Disney en el hermoso resort de Glenbrook

Nuestra villa, Ashland Palms, es una lujosa y espaciosa villa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños, situada en una ubicación perfecta para que disfrutes de todo lo que Orlando y el área más amplia de Florida Central tiene para ofrecer o simplemente relájate en nuestro refugio tranquilo y relájate en La piscina y spa con orientación sur.

La villa está situada dentro del exclusivo Glenbrook Resort en la autopista 27 en South Clermont. Glenbrook es una comunidad bellamente cuidada, refinada y tranquila con áreas de césped finamente cuidadas y una casa club que incluye una sala de estar, gimnasio, piscina, cancha de tenis, área de juegos para niños pequeños, tenis de mesa, mesa de billar, área de voleibol y lago de pesca.

Orgullosamente ofrecemos nuestra villa como un alojamiento excepcional, limpio y con aire acondicionado, con capacidad para 8 personas en 4 habitaciones. Se beneficia de dos salas de estar distintas y bien amuebladas. La habitación familiar incluye un gran televisor de alta definición, Xbox y reproductor de DVD. El comedor / sala de estar ofrece una sala de estar adicional, así como una gran mesa de comedor.

Hay una sala de juegos con una mesa de billar de cama de pizarra de 8 pies de alta calidad, mesa de air hockey y futbolín.

También hay una gran cocina bien equipada y un rincón con una zona de estar adicional.

Nuestra villa inusualmente ofrece un baño en la piscina, lo que permite el acceso directo al área de la cubierta de la piscina.

En el exterior hay una maravillosa piscina y spa con orientación sur, que se puede calentar bajo petición. Somos una de las pocas villas con una terraza en la piscina que incorpora un patio cubierto / área de lanai. También se proporcionan muebles de patio cómodos y de alta calidad.

Para la tranquilidad de nuestros huéspedes, también se proporciona un sistema de seguridad monitoreado junto con una caja fuerte ubicada en el vestidor en el área del baño principal.

Exceeded our expectations!!

Our choice to stay here definitely exceeded our expectations!!! The pool and hot tub were the kids favorite. The location was safe and having the place secured by alarm was definitely a plus. We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Holiday House

Good sized, well apportioned home in a comfortable neighborhood. All amenities inside are new-ish and was the perfect size/fit for our family of 6. Close enough to the Theme Parks. The manage meant responded to our requests/questions quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend to others.

Amazing - 5 Stars - Home away from Home

Amazing Stay. Thank you David, for exceptional communication and assisting us with everything we needed during our trip and answering all our questions very quickly and precisely. Thank you to the management company for excellent communication! The house is in a great, safe neighborhood. Centrally located to all the fun and parks, not a far drive at all! Loved the pool and hot tub. The house is exceptionally clean, lots of room to spread out. The bedrooms and bathrooms where comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was great to cook and use. Great appliances to enjoy, the Keurig and toaster was great daily. 5 stars all the way!

Not terrible, just one issue

Overall not a terrible stay but did have an issue. Night one noticed small bugs on kitchen counter, messaged owner that we would reach out to management company next day since it was late. Woken up by son 6am next morning (sun)many bugs were crawling on the iPad and daughter’s glasses on nightstand in their room! Called mgmt immediately! Were told exterminator would come out next day. Mgr did come out same day, I had already went to Home Depot and gotten spray myself. Exterminator didn’t come out until Wednesday when he said it was “baby ants”. Overall communication was good but the bugs are not something we would be willing to deal with again. As mentioned in other posts there is no pantry space so we ended up having to store everything in the refrigerator as we didn’t want any bugs to get into the food or cause any additional ones to come out. Universal was about 45-50 minutes away. Supermarkets, Walmart, and restaurants within 5-10 minute drive. Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub part of pool requires heat be paid for, we didn’t add that and it was colder than the pool.

Nice Place

Overall the home was nice. The only thing they could improve on was pantry space. There was no room to put any groceries away for the week and we had to keep them on the counters. Game room was a great source of entertainment. Location was good. No fault of the owner, but neighbor’s dog poop smell was a little over bearing at times and it appears they don’t pick it up after their dog uses the backyard. If I ever came back to the Orlando area, I would rent this home again.

Fantastic 2 weeks in lovely villa

The villa lived up to all expectations, it was clean, spacious, well furnished and bright and airy. The pool was great, we paid for it to be heated and it was well worth it. David the owner was receptive to any enquiries we had and the whole family had a great time utilising the games room and the pool and spa. The surrounding area was quiet, hospitable, and it was easy to reach theme parks and other attractions etc from there

Best Stay!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here for 7 Days. We were 4 Adults and 3 Kids. The pictures depicted online is nothing compared to what you see in person. This home is gorgeous, high ceilings, extremely spacious, clean, great private pool attached to this home for use with a jacuzzi as well. To heat the the pool was an additional fee and needed for the kids, very happy that option was available. Game room was especially fun too! All appliances were available in the kitchen, you name it they had it. House was about 30 mins away from Disney parks which for us was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. We loved that anything left behind would be used or donated. Such as toilet paper, food, dish soap, etc. Air conditioning was always functional as well as hot water. Security system was easy to use and functional at all times. My only con was that one bathroom shower head was broken and one sink in the master bathroom was clogged. Other than that we loved it and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you for such an amazing stay and seamless service.

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our family Disney trip. The pool was much needed after long days. We were surprised at the time it takes to get into Disney, while only 10 miles or so in distance, typically it would take 35 minutes due to traffic. Just a heads up to plan accordingly. Overall though, great stay.

Perfect...Here are a few tips

Ashland Palms was absolutely perfect, aesthetically pleasing, clean and comfortable. Enough space to spread out (there were 6 of us-one child and 5 teens/adults). Communication with the owner and property manager was simple and timely. It was a little further from the parks than the VRBO site showed. Solid 30-35 minutes to the Disney parks and 45 to Universal. Getting in the pool and hot tub at the end of the day was wonderful, though we didn't use it as much as I thought we would have...we were just too tired! We did get it heated, it was the perfect temperature. The only issue we had was with the home alarm...it would chime randomly each morning for about an hour or two. We weren't there durning the day, but the random sounds were gone when we returned at night. The property manager came to check it out, but it never resolved. This didn't impact us greatly, but it might bother others if they are sensitve to loud, random noise. I would recommend future guests be prepared prior to arrival. I didn't know that we needed to provide our own disposable items after the initial product that was there. Bring a few trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods etc. Wal-mart is close by, however, nothing is sold in small packs. Also, the hand soap provided is a tiny little bar, I bought a few liquid pumps. Overall, this property was fantastic and we would certainly book again when we are in the area.

Wonderful Property

Everything was very good. Used the pool and hot tub twice a day. We had plenty of room and the neighborhood was quiet with little traffic. Kitchen had everything we needed and stores are close.

An enjoyable stay

Overall a very nice property and very easy to communicate with the owner. The villa was spotlessly clean and was well equipped. We did have an issue with the pool during the stay and it's not clear why that happened, however, the owner was very quick at resolving this by arranging the management company to attend, so not really much more you could ask an owner to do. Location is very close to shops, restaurants and not too far from Disney either, although our very young children struggled with the distance later at night. We would consider staying here again!

Great neighborhood with clean property! Incredible vacation!

We stayed here over spring break to go to the beaches and Disney World. Upon booking, David (the owner) communicated with us right away and we felt very comfortable going to his property. We purchased the heating for the pool and highly recommend it! The week leading up to our stay David messaged me again welcoming me and inviting me to message him with any issues or questions we had. When we first arrived we were all in awe of how beautiful the home was. Everything was very clean and very spacious for the 7 of us traveling. The pool was very well lit and cleaned, the game room was humid but fans were provided to help with that. There was pool noodle toys provided for the children to play with... everything we could have asked for was available for use. The only hiccup we had for the entire trip was the dryer went out. We used it the first night and it didn't heat up, but a quick message to David and he helped get the management company to check it out the next day. The dryer ended up needing to be replaced and a new one would not come in until after we left. David helped us communicate with the local management company to get our closed dried and someone even folded them all for us!! I would stay at this location again without hesistation. It's super close to a Walmart, Walgreens, Publix, CVS and many restaurants. It was a quick easy 20 minute drive to the Disney Parks and about 1 hour 45 mins away from Clearwater beach. I felt very safe at all times with my family and it felt like our home away from home! Thank you so much for your hospitality and services!!

Great house for us while visiting the Parks

My husband, son and I stayed here for multiple days. We did pay extra to have the pool spa heated. We used the pool daily while we came back to the house on mid day breaks from the Parks. My husband also worked from here and the wifi connection was great. Quiet neighborhood which is what I like. Great selection of grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The garage game room was fun. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook in. If we had a question the owner was very quick to respond. It took us about 40 minutes to get to Universal and 15 to get to the Disney World Parks.

Great distance to parks

We had a great time at this house. About 20 minutes from most parks. Publix and Walmart 1.5-2 miles away from the house, made getting groceries easy. Pool was perfect and the hot tub was a great way to relax. There were no pool toys, which was probably my oversight when we booked. There was no grill either (again, probably my mistake). Those are not a huge issue, but would be nice for future guests. The house is in a nice development, but the houses are very close together.

Immaculate, Clean Home - Easy to Recommend.

Immaculate, very clean, modern property which was well sanitised… our top priority for this visit due to COVID. Only two slight negatives were with regard to the neighbourhood which is not the fault of the owner in any way. One weekday mid-morning gun fire went off (half a dozen shots fired) somewhere on the sub-division or very close by, which was a bit alarming (Brits aren’t used to it!)… plus we were out for a walk at the time. Also, one evening the neighbours were a little noisy, but quieted down by midnight. This was only one evening out of 7 nights… otherwise it was fine. Neither of these can be helped of course and could happen anywhere… but we’ve never experienced them before, although we’ve mainly stayed in “gated communities”, so there’s perhaps something to be said for that. We would still highly recommend the property and the owner was lovely to deal with. It was a pleasure to home to the villa after a long day out.

Great location! Extremely clean well appointed home!

Close to EVERYTHING! Home was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable beds, perfect size pool and bonus hot tub. Everything is provided to have an amazing stay, linens towels extra pillows fully stocked kitchen. Kids Loved having a game room. Top notch customer service made trip even better.
