Great location to the clubhouse and entrance. You can see the tops of the top half of the faraway WDW fireworks. The house itself was nice. The negatives for us were there are tons of trundle beds, but no bedding at all for any of them. The teflon pot and pans are so scratched up and the handles are falling off, which is extremely dangerous. There is no food storage at all for leftovers- pack accordingly. Before our stay owners were very responsive . During our stay I asked about extra bedding on Sunday and did not hear back until Thursday when I texted again because we had an ant problem in the Harry Potter bedroom. They were very responsive on that day and sent someone out. The ants were coming from outside by the pool area up the wall, which I understand… things happen. One of the king bedrooms has a large walk in closet but no dressers at all. You have to live out the suitcase. Again not a deal breaker. I did not pay to heat the pool which in turn does not heat the hot tub spa. It was worded as heating the pool so I didn’t realize it was the stje spa as well- my fault. But just be aware you can’t have one heated without the other. I would return to Windsor Island again. We had no problems with the traffic at all. Once you have your pass, you come and go as you please. The lazy river is amazing. The bottom of the walk-in side of the pool was slimy. I slipped so just be careful of little ones running.
