Beautiful house, A few kinks to work out
The house itself was great!! You could tell a lot had been recently updated. We ran into a few small issues that just need to be worked out. When booking tell them you want pool heat, it is not in description that there is an additional charge but there is. When we arrived more than half the TVS were not working right. They fixed all but one tv ( starwars bunk room) Then we noticed there were barely any towels, for a house that sleeps 18 people there were about 10 shower towels and 3 beach towels. Definitely not enough unless you want to do laundry everyday. We ran out and purchased extra. Also only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, only 2 garbage bags, no hand soap and minimal amount in bathrooms. That’s ok just state in your info about house, you only provide 1 of each so people know ahead. Our garbage was overflowing from last guest. I finally took it to the road when I noticed other cans out. Recycling never got picked up the whole week. Lastly pictures of the pools and water park are only for members of Reunion, Not available to renting guests.. Should be removed from house info. Otherwise beautiful house, clean, and great location!!
