This is a bird lovers paradise! We had an unexpected front row seat to the private pond filled with birds every day. We saw white Ibis, Muscovy Ducks, and a particularly friendly Wood Stork we named Cheese!The house was an older home that has been nicely updated with new cabinets, furniture, towels, dishes, etc. We had fun with the pool table, darts, and foosball table. The guest bed was hard and the guest shower ran cold after about 10 minutes. However, I'm told the master bedroom was more comfortable on both accounts. The house was close to parks, but far enough to feel some peace at the end of a stimulating day. The pool was nice, but it was too cold to use while we were there, unfortunately. For reference, it was getting into the mid '40s at night and low 70s during the day. We paid for heating in the pool, but it wasn't enough to offset the cool temperatures. Lawrence was responsive and accommodating!We would stay here again!

Perfect location

This property is in a perfect location and has an amazing view. We were however disappointed in the condition we found the villa in on arrival. With a little tidying and cleaning however it was fine.We had a few issues with the pool which the management company were helpful in trying to solve and were at hand to advise on any issues.

Overall impression of the home was excellent. Great area, very quiet, close to shopping and the location we needed to be. Only problem was the air worked but didn’t work. Had to use fans in every room because it was 85 degrees in the house.

location is fantastic,

Location is fantastic, walking distance to the 192 and a short drive to the parks. We stayed for 2 weeks and apart from one night were it sounded like a concert was being held on the next estate it was fairly quiet and we felt safe. Cleanliness: At a quick glance the property looks clean and well maintained, look closely at ceiling fans and shower heads for example and you begin to notice that things are being missed from the cleaning schedule. Property condition and facilities: The air conditioning didn’t blow through any of the bedroom/bathroom vents which was a shame, the living area was cooler than outside temperature though. There are a selection of fans within the property that can be used to circulate the air.Pool: The pool itself was as expected, a broken sun lounger, some tired tables and very dirty floor in the patio area spoiled it but we worked around it. Communication with property manager:Queries were dealt with and resolved speedily especially considering the time difference.Accuracy of listing: Outdated photos, TV’s are listed as having access to Netflix etc but on some TV’s we were unable to access the services as there was no logon details/they weren’t part of Netflix household, No hair straighteners as listed.The formal lounge is listed/shown as having 2 sofas, but there is only one. The family room is listed as having a Wii, there is a Wii U in the 3rd bedroom but nothing in the family room which is a shame

Beautiful spacious home convenient to Disney

The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Would be perfect for a family spending a week or more in Orlando. Comfortable beds, lots of sitting areas, in a nice safe neighborhood. The only thing that was a smidge disappointing is that we didn't understand that a spa was not the same as a hot tub, so the spa was a bit chilly after a long day at the parks.

Great place to stay

We had a great time! Close to stores and Disney parks. Loved that there were pool amenities. Only wished there was a door between the bathroom sink area into the Master.

Fabulous

Loved this home! Close to all the attractions, yet still private. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning while watching the wildlife. There IS an alligator in the lake, so beware. We also had a soft shell turtle visit us, as well as a lizard that we named Kissie. There are plenty of games, books, and TVs to keep the kids occupied on rainy days, but we were blessed with mostly sunny days on our stay. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa, as well. We will definitely return!

Business and Pleasure

I stayed at the property in early December for a 4-day business conference at Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and 2-days with my niece and her daughter at Disney. Although I was not home a lot the house was beautiful and as advertised. The pool was heated and had them turn on the Spa. Used them a couple of times late night, well worth it. For billiard players there is an 8-foot slate billiard table in garage. House is close to OCCC, Disney and other attractions like Universal Studios. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again if ever in Orlando.

The perfect spot.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Convenient to many amenities in the area, and all the theme parks. Enjoy the privacy of having a house to rent instead of a hotel room. My family and I go to Orlando every summer. This will be a new hotspot for us!

We loved our stay. It was a very quiet area and the house was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed, we had zero issues. The pool area was great and the heated pool was the best. We've stayed in many places in Orlando and this is one of the best.

Great Stay

This property was a great place to stay for our runDinsey weekend. With a - min commute to the parks even with traffic, we could get there easily but had a spacious place to come home and unwind. The pool and hot tub area were a treasure! After our race we relaxed in the peaceful patio area and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All beds were comfortable and the master shower was fabulous. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy for snacks and meals.

Great stay. Quiet neighborhood. Close to parks.

Nice place to stay. Both the management company and the owner was very quick to respond on any questions. Our only complaint was the pool was too cold for our kids the first two days but that was probably due to the colder weather and the pool was warmer later in the week. Would stay ther again.

Perfect pool with everything you need

We've just got back from a week staying at this lovely villa. I've stayed at a few in Florida and the pool here is definitely the best. Thanks to the pool heating the water was lovely and warm and great to relax in after a day's shopping. Luckily for us the weather was excellent, but if it isn't they've catered for it with the games room in the garage and an assortment of games consoles, books, DVDs. Would definitely go back.

A great stay!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed! The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Our kids loved the game room. The pool and outdoor space were perfect- we had a really fun time just hanging out by the pool. We did one day at Disney while we were in town and it was a simple 20 minute drive. We also visited Disney Springs and it was only 20 minute drive as well. The owner was very responsive- we couldn't have asked for a better stay. It was a super fun trip and this property certainly helped in making it an awesome get-away. If we venture back to Orlando, we'll definitely be back!
