2nd time isn’t always the charm.

Stayed here 2 years ago, unit was lovely with the exception that amenities were sparse . 1 roll of TP, 1 DW pod, 1 roll of Paper towel, 1 garbage bag…but the unit was tidy. This this trip to the same unit was a bit of a letdown. The night we arrived we discovered that the patio door lock did not work and by the looks of it hadn’t worked.. We ended up shoving a broom handle in the track for security. We sent owner a message and she was quick to respond, but we left the handle there while we were visiting. In the bedrooms when we arrived one of the closet doors was in the closet because the track was broken. The screen on the patio door also did not work. The toilet on the main floor runs constantly, and I noticed in the guest book, that several other people had mentioned that. The batteries that run the keyless entry died shortly after we arrived so we went and bought batteries, because it seemed like the quickest solution to the problem.The drain in the en suite is loose, as is the transition strip between the hallway and the spare bedroom. We were there two years ago, and the pool heater was broken, and it’s still broken. The lights in the tennis court didn’t work two years ago and they’re still not working. Disappointing for such a nice area. The unit itself is lovely to stay in, it’s peaceful and quiet, but obviously the wear and tear from rentals is not being addressed between visits.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

This property was a Wonderful home away from home. We came to Florida to spend Thanksgiving with my son who works at Disney and my inlaws who live in Tampa. It was nice having a welcoming home to return to after eating way too much Thanksgiving dinner. The roomy accomodations were perfect.We enjoyed hanging at Disney Springs on Friday and Epcot and Magic Kingdom on Saturday. Sunday we visited Celebration town. There was so many good restaurants close by. We enjoyed breakfast on the enclosed patio when the weather permitted. We also checked out the gym and walked around the property, enjoying the ducks in the pond.We had absolutely no issues.I would definitely stay here again. in Tampa.

We needed somewhere to stay quickly because we live in Tampa and we found this room at a reasonable price through VRBO. Thank God because my Mom is disabled and everything worked out for us. Perfect for a quick jaunt

The property was very clean. We stayed there because of its proximity to the Ocseola reginal hospital. After spending much of the time visiting a sick family member. This was a nice place to come back and rest. Very quiet neighberhood. Would recommend this place.
