First, I will say that the house is decorated and styled adorably. It was wonderful and my kiddos were enchanted. The kitchen had almost everything one would need-air fryers, instant pot, coffee makers-that was great.
However, multiple things were broken/inoperable when we checked in. LThe toaster oven didn’t work. The top rack of the dishwasher would jump off the track every time you opened it. The freezer handle would fall off when you’d pull it open. The stools had all been put together incorrectly (foot rest on the back). The air hockey table didn’t work. The speakers in the theatre were all blown. Both side tables in the living room were broken (missing the glass that turned them into tables and not just decor).
The neighborhood was a huge detractor-trash everywhere. Loud parties. The back “in” gate from target was broken, and the guy told us “whoever rented the house to you should have told you. Just drive in the “out” side when the next car comes through”, but that gate closes fast so the options were to play chicken, or drive alllll the way around. Lastly, because the houses are so *very* close together if you were outside you heard all of the neighbors conversations, got to enjoy their cigarettes (and weed. So much weed), and when they wanted to play in their pools until 5am you could hear it in the house.
Just understand that you’re renting the best house in the neighborhood. And that neighborhood is designed for partying. Personally would not recommend unless that’s your scene.
