A Disappointing Start to My Stay at the Resort
My experience at the resort was a series of unfortunate events that left me feeling frustrated. It was raining when i arrived. The entry was denied because I was not registered as a guest. The rain made the situation disheartening as I was soaked walking from my car to the guard, seeking help for entry.
My phone calls to the management went unanswered. The security guard, showed some compassion and allowed, but on the condition that registration should be completed the following morning.
The stress of the situation overshadowed the excitement of my stay. The next morning, the registration was rectified.
My troubles did not end there. There were two conflicting checkout times displayed: 10 AM on a document in the house and 11 AM on the television. I request a late checkout at 12 PM, by the communication channel. Regrettably, denied. The porch and pool area lacked proper maintenance; layers of dust and cobweb.
The bedsheets in my room were unclean, which is certainly not what one expects from a resort. The next morning, we took it upon ourselves to wash all the bedsheets to ensure they were hygienic.
At 10:15 AM, the maid was there to clean the house. I had to leave unprepared.
Despite these setbacks, I must acknowledge that the general area and layout of the house were appealing. The location was attractive, and the potential for a fulfilling experience was palpable.
