The house was very nice and comfortable. The pool was nice but there was nothing to float on. The kitchen could have more options for cooking. There were no measuring cups or spoons which made cooking a bit of a challenge. There were some terrible inconsiderate neighbors who blared music and was yelling and hollering well into the am hours. At least until 3am. Although the house was clean we had issues with ants throughout the kitchen and downstairs bathroom at times.

The stay was amazing. We were close to all stores, with security and a water park on site. The heated pool was great, especially for my little ones. The host was very attentive and responded to any questions quickly. The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured with two cute kids rooms.

We enjoyed our vacation as a family. Lots of room and very clean. We were thoroughly disappointed in the grill fee and some broken furniture. The place was extremely spacious. Please provide more hand towels.

Amazing stay!

We had an wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for our family. The beds were so comfortable after long days at the parks, and the kitchen had every appliance and utensil we could think of. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood after the excitement of Disney.The location was fantastic—just a short drive to all the parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. Communication was outstanding: quick, friendly, and helpful from start to finish.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make lasting family memories, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend to anyone planning a Disney trip.

The home was beautiful. Having the pool was wonderful for the kids. The home is in a large community so at times it was distracting when neighbors had their music turned up so loud, it was difficult to enjoy being outside. The home is very close to Disney World.

If you’re looking for quiet atmosphere this area might not be for you. We stayed for 8 nights and almost every night there were neighbors playing loud music other guest just hanging outside. As this home is a townhome and you’re able to hear everything. The cleaning of this home could be better.

Graduation trip

When we checked in to the property, we were a little shocked because we were not aware that it was a townhome. We thought we booked a house, but I guess we missed that part. However, that was not the issue we had. After just a few hours, we began seeing stranger men walking between the townhomes' service alley and hearing all kinds of noise/music. Even with the doors and windows closed the music was extremely loud. We could even hear the neighbor's conversations through the bathroom vents. We walked out the front door and there were numerous unaccompanied minors roaming the streets and driving golf carts with no concern whatsoever. We felt completely unsafe so the next day we found another rental in a completely different neighborhood and checked in there. This was the worst experience we have ever had renting through VRBO. I would not recommend this property or any property in this neighborhood to anyone.

Nice place

Property was fine, we rented for 5 weeks but was told after 2 1/2 weeks we had to vacate on day 30 , so we had to scramble to find a new place to stay. Seems that someone should have told us this last April 2024. getting refund was no picnic but it all worked out in the end. Welfare vacation rentals was who we felt with not good but not the end of the world

I loved the property and management communicated well! They also respond fast. The leg of the table in the living area was broken as well a a glass but those were minor things. Everything else was perfect !

Beautiful Home

Property was beautiful, the only issue was no wash rags which was resolved pretty quickly. Didn’t receive the emails from Vrbo so I had to ask for directions on checking in and out. Otherwise great stay.

Immaculate home!

The house was extremely clean and had lovely decor. The check in process was quick and the resort was very enjoyable! The property management was friendly and thorough about all necessary information. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend!!!!

Amazing stay at Windsor Island

Wonderfully clean and comfortable rental home with lots of space. 11 min walk to the clubhouse that is a relaxing and fun way to spend your days. Pool, waterslides, lazy river, with bar and restaurant service makes days on the resort enjoyable. Our host Vitor is quick and helpful in responding to any questions. We will be returning for another stay in the future.

Great Time

Kids loved the pool within our unit! Nice and warm and clean. Pictures are all accurate. Had an issue with tvs connecting to internet and owner had fixed next day. Club house was very nice as well. Only limitation was it was only open until 6pm. Would have liked to see this open an additional hour or two. Would stay again.
