Upon our arrival on Friday, the check-in process was okay. However, it could of been better. It was very bad after we went out and returned later. The lines were backed up in both directions. There was only one way into the resort and although we had already checked in, we still had to wait. Be sure to make sure that all of the adults in your party names are received at the guard shack prior to arriving. I sent my names in May, but when I called to check they still were not on file. Luckily, I called the day before we arrived and ensured that they were added. Upon arriving in the house, we were very disappointed. There is a sink hole in the mattress in the queen bedroom on the first floor. The couch in the living room is very worn and needs to be replaced. The water pressure in one of the king bedrooms upstairs is very low and it takes a while for it to heat up. In the same king bedroom, the toilet stopped flushing. The tub upstairs is backed up. We could not get the doors to the outside pool area to lock. The ice maker stopped working. I called maintenance on our first day of arrival to report most of these issues, and I even followed up the next day. No one ever showed up to rectify these problems. Also after returning home, I learned that my family member that slept in the minion's bedroom, had several marks on her body where she had been bitten by something. Overall, the house is very spacious, but it is in need of some major upgrades.
