Stayed for 4 nights. Communication was excellent. Door code didn’t work at check-in but they sent me a new code immediately. Place was very clean and roomy. The Oasis club was amazing! My only complaint is that the cleaning company used the garage of our unit as a base area and were there a lot. They didn’t disrupt anything but it was annoying that they always seemed to be there with the garage open. Would definitely stay there again though.

Disney & Golfers

Very easy to find and locate property, host was engaged and prompt with emails. Spacious, clean, nice area, and not to far from Disney or Shopping. The only downfall was we have 3 kids and one being under the age of 2, there was no highchair, play-yard or even a crib for her to sleep in. Thankfully the bed was a king size and plenty of room for my husband, our 15 month old and myself. Other than that it was a great place to stay and enjoy our vacation.

3 Night stay

1st and foremost this unit uses the garage for warehousing most of not all of the housekeeping items for all its rentals Upon arrival several vehicles in front on street and one in the driveway space meant for guests. Garage open and several ladies working. This is our 1st impression of the place. They were pleasant but.... They will be there; in the garage working as you come and go. Now in general: Once you receive your paper/parking pass with QR code to open gate you proceed to unit. No additional gate there but every other development as you drive by has there own additional gate. Our QR would not work on our gate let alone trying to drive from another street where you have to use gate. Very frustrating maneuvering through this place. The pool is off site and not walkable (8 min drive). NO cups with water or any containers allowed in the pool area. They will touch and feel your bag. Basically inspected it. Just not what we wanted in our stay. After driving through the main public gates the grounds are beautiful and surrounded by G.C.'s but gets very cold feeling as you drive further out to this development and the others surrounding it.

Great Property, Minor Details

The property was just as described on the site. Nice place and quiet community. We felt safe. However, when we arrived, we were met with the carpet at the top of the stairs having come undone. It had separated from the step all the way across, causing a few of us to trip slightly a few times before we became cognizant. One of the dinning room chairs had a bad leg. We only became aware of it as my daughter went to sit in it for dinner and it buckled. Lastly, the comforter in the master bedroom had a stain on it. Oh, and bring your own bath soap if you are staying more than one night. A mini round was provided which lasted all of one shower. I notified the property managers and sent pictures of our findings. They responded in reasonable time and assured we wouldn't be charged. Overall, we were content with our stay.

Good stay

Had issue with tv. Turned out the hdmi was not plugged in and the spectrum clicker was defective. Got it fixed thanks to staff. Dishwasher didn’t work so did by hand. No big deal for us. Everything else was great. Quiet, clean place.

Overall OK.

When you first walk in the home it is gorgeous. We picked the home because of our dog. They have a strict no pet on furniture policy which I'm on with but the only couch there smelled like animal pee which my dog and the family kept smelling.... A couple times I came out and people were coming in and out of the garage of the home we were staying at. Which made us feel uncomfortable. (I guess they use the garages as storage) There was some cosmetic stuff but not a big deal. Also we did stay in a community which meant alot of people with pets. No one really cleaned up after their pets. And also alot of traffic. Partying on weekends. Personally for myself I would never stay there again. But the overall house was good.

This property was perfect for our recent family getaway. It’s clean, pet friendly, and conveniently located for Orlando and Tampa attractions. The management team was extremely easy to work from checking in to checking out; it was a flawless contactless experience. We’ll be back!

Nice open layout and clean!

Plenty of space in this very clean apartment! Loved the screened in patio overlooking the golf course. Mostly though, we left at ease because it was really clean, open layout and comfortable spaces. The pools were nice (bad weather so we only went once) and nice tennis courts by the golf office. We had a great time. *You do have to drive or shuttle to the pools

Great family vacation

The condo was excellent. Beds were comfortable and wonderful balcony. The only complaint we had was the small couch that really doesn't fit a family. Location of the property was excellent with great dinning options close by. I do wish they would keep sidewalks cleaner but would definitely go back again.

Dryer wasn’t drying properly. Dishwashing had a continuous beep that we could not turn off. We could not use the balcony because of their sprinkler system that came in at night. It soaked the entire balcony!

Golf Getaway

Property was even better than pictured. It was spacious and inviting, the bed in the Master was a DREAM to sleep on! We enjoyed the golf course view and the quietness of the condo. We will be back!

Family Christmas Getaway

Nice area, shopping & gas close by. Would have preferred a downstairs unit, to many stairs for our pet and myself. Check in process was a breeze. Overall stay was enjoyable.
