Loved this property! The jacuzzi felt amazing! Everyone enjoyed the pool also. There is plenty space and beds. I had 33 people in my group and they enjoyed the movie room, arcade, and pool table. The only thing that we didn't like was the parking. There is not enough parking spaces and the communal spaces are too far away from the property. If the parking could be worked out, this home would be amazing.

Everything was great except the for the game room too hot and there should be a caution sign notifying that there is a step or maybe changing the rug on the step.

The property was clean and super stocked. The presentation upon arrival is welcoming and inviting. There were floaters for the pool which was great. We brought our own but that was thoughtful. What I did not like at ALL is the temptation the game room. The game room is a deciding factor when booking. It was super hot. A portable AC was brought in but it was sucking heat from a third garage. We could not enjoy it at all. With the radiating heat it made the galactic bedroom with the slide hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The kids were in and out. The property manager came by and I mentioned it to him. H was aware of it; which is the reason for the review. Please don’t rent a home in Florida without an AC running. Even if it is the game room. They property manager brough by 2 small fans for the game room. It didn’t help but he tried. I would not have chosen this home if I knew that. Other than that the property would have received 5 stars.

Big House for a Big Family

My family and I vacation to Orlando every summer as one unit and we always looks for a home that is big enough to accommodate our family of 30 people. This summer we stayed at this big well decorated house.The house is as pictured and for the most part clean, however, it can be cleaner. Not sure if there were people there right before us because we did find quite a few clothing items and other things left behind. The company needs to do a better job checking on their cleaning service. The game room would be top notch is the split ac would actually cool the garage down, but imagine being in an enclosed garage in July in Florida... it was unbearable. They sent out someone to check it, but I guess it wasn't fixable.Aside from that, they responded quickly and efficiently to any questions and/or complaints I had. Overall they upkeep the property well. This has been one of the better houses we've stayed in since we've been vacationing together (11 years).We would definitely book again. Just really wish the property provide some type of grill.

Check in was a bit difficult, needing to drive in to find the clubhouse for overnight passes. The parking was very difficult. I could not find parking for 2 of my cars, so we had to go pay to park at Home2Suites. Overall, the Airbnb was awesome! Everyone loved it and enjoyed it for all 5 nights we were there! Kids loved the spaceship room and the bigger kids took the avatar room! Communication was great before, during, and after! I would definitely rent again! Thank you for the wonderful home for our family vacation!

Stay was great, my party of 35 was satisfied. Had a couple of issues with the game room and AC not working but Matthew had his team come right out and fix it. Great place to stay would definitely recommend.

Great place for school team

Very nice place to stay. Large enough where people had their own space. Plenty of stuff to do in the house, great location, very safe area. Host were easy to communicate with and very helpful with everything we needed. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Nice except the hot tub temp

Property was fantastic great for the amount of people we had and truly decorated well honestly coolest house I’ve stayed in. I was expecting the hot tub to become hot since we payed for it but no matter how long we left the spa bubbles on for it did not get hot. Admittedly I didn’t try the temp in time to notify the owners and I’m sure they would have tried to fix it if I let them know earlier in the tripother than that I loved it and would return again
