The home features an open concept design with seamless flow between kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing your group to enjoy quality time together even if everyone is doing their own thing! With fun and adventure filling your days, you’ll love the cozy couch where you can unwind with a movie on the smart tv. Adjacent, the bright and modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the tools you’ll need to make delicious meals from home. Additional small appliances for your convenience include a toaster, coffee maker, and margarita maker (because it’s 5 o'clock somewhere after all). Enjoy drinks and casual bites at the kitchen counter with barstool seating, or gather together for a family-style meal at the dining table set for 6.

This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Please note this is a private villa and as such Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:

The home has 2 additional full bathrooms.

Up to 4 unassigned parking spaces are available in front of the home. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.

Guests of this home do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities.

-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 6 miles from Walt Disney World and about 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Every member of the family will have a perfect vacation with additional amenities like a playground for kids.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick drive up the street. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
