South-facing heated pool and spa, screened patio, private fenced yard, and bright modern decor throughout.



The Space:

THE GAME ROOM (NEW): The garage is now a fully finished game room with its own mini-split A/C, comfortable in any Florida weather. Air hockey table (converts to ping-pong), foosball, a Skee-Ball lane, darts, and an Echo Studio speaker, all under cool lighting and fresh paint. No sleeping arrangements in the game room; the home sleeps 11 in the four bedrooms.



THE POOL & SPA: Walk through large sliding doors to the sparkling south-facing salt water pool and spa: new plaster finish, gentle salt water system, covered seating for six and two chaise lounges on the screened patio. Pool and spa heat available as an add-on (details below).



BEDROOMS & BATHS: Sleeps 11 in 8 beds. Master and ensuite each have a queen bed and a private bathroom; the master adds a walk-in shower, garden tub, Roku TV, and a desk for remote work. Third bedroom: full/twin bunk, ideal for teens. Fourth bedroom: two sturdy twin bunks (200-lb rated mattresses). Fresh linens and towels provided.



KITCHEN & LIVING: Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, dining for 10, and a cozy living room with a Roku TV for movie nights. Private washer and gas dryer, pack light.



THE COMMUNITY: Indian Creek at Disney's doorstep: 10 minutes to Animal Kingdom, 15 to Magic Kingdom, Walmart 3 minutes away, and minutes to championship golf, restaurants, and shopping. Complimentary community basketball and tennis courts, playground, soccer net, and walking paths (bring your own equipment).



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours: game room, pool and spa, and fenced yard. Parking: two driveway spaces plus free on-street parking. Self check-in with smart lock. The locked owner's closet is not for guest use. The exterior entrances are video monitored for your security; the community is video monitored as well.



You also have complimentary access to the community amenities: basketball and tennis courts; the home is in close proximity to the community playground with swing set, soccer net and walking paths. Please bring your own sports equipment.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a much sought after, monitored community of Indian Creek, this house is ideally located close to Walmart, restaurants, entertainment and the Disney parks. The close proximity to the play ground just around the corner is ideal. It offers swings, a play-set and full size soccer net. The property offers free tennis and basketball court usage. Fish in the near-by pond or enjoy running or walking the paths near the pond. Located in a much sought after monitored community this house is ideally located close to Walmart, restaurants, entertainment and the Disney parks. The home is immaculately maintained and is professional cleaned; we use bleach and steam to clean and disinfect the home. Our property manager and cleaning staff take pride in offering you the best service possible.



Getting Around:

Indian Creek is a relatively quiet video monitored community composed of vacation rentals and permanent residents. Most guests rent a car but taxi and uber service is available. There is ample parking with two in driveway spaces and lots of free street parking.



Other Things to Note:

Pool and spa heat is an optional add-on, subject to state and local tax: pool + spa $25/night (pool set to 85F, spa to 101F), spa only $15/night, applied to the full stay and may be added any time before arrival. Heat added same-day cannot reach temperature by check-in, so please book it ahead.



A starter welcome pack of essentials is provided (paper goods, soaps, dishwasher and laundry detergent, trash liners). Supplies beyond the starter pack are up to guests to replenish; coffee, spices, and cleaning supplies are not stocked.

Optional paid services on request: daily housekeeping, gas grill with propane rental, holiday decor. Message us, we are happy to assist.



A cleaning fee applies (see pricing). A $900 refundable damage deposit applies per booking channel policies; no damage deposit is collected on Airbnb, where damage is handled through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Check-out is promptly at the specified time. Late check-outs accrue fees in 15-minute increments per the Late Check-out Fee Schedule. Check-out dates on U.S. legal holidays are subject to a $300 cleaning fee.
