Lovely home and experience

Comms were great. House was exactly as shown and no issues beyond maybe slightly less comfy beds compared to hotel we stayed at prior (but that’s probably understandable!) Very secure feel to area. All utensils etc could ask for. Nice to have use of bbq also. Good location for access to Disney (about 30mins). Enjoyed the shared pool area too, which was large and loads of space (couldn’t bring own drinks even water which was bit odd, but rules is rules i guess). One of slides was shut but no issue for us. West facing home so got sun in arvo. Would happily recommend and go back!!.

Nice villa shame it was dirty

Villa was nice downstairs in the living area , but the bedrooms were awful the beds were well used shall I say the mattress in the downstairs master was sunken in and could feel the springs, also the mattress covers were filthy dirty and had urine stains on , we had to wash the bed spreads as they obviously haven’t been washed in along time . And the carpets were filthy think they were originally cream but now looked like a light brown the villa is obviously well used. We stayed a night and left the next day. I told them about the problems with it being unclean and the dust was affecting my husbands breathing so they sent a new hoover round. Up to now I haven’t received a refund for the nights we didn’t stay!

Great Property

We booked 11 nights at this property and loved every single one of the nights and quite honestly didnt want to leave. Our kids loved the pool, the game room, and the themed bedrooms. Disney was about a 30 min trip (due to traffic) but was easy to get to and from. The TV outside by the pool is a great added feature that we loved. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. The only con for us was the master bed on the one side felt like you were sleeping on a hill with a peak in the middle. We loved not having neighbors behind us.

Wonderful stay! Couldnt ask for more!

Beautiful home with everything you could ask for. Even BBQ utensils and a blender. Spacious and clean. One of our favorite aspects of the home was that the games rooms which our 4 kids enjoyed was actually upstairs and not in the garage at the front of the home. This gave us great comfort knowing the kids where safe while we were on the back deck. The pool and outside area was wonderful! Nice privacy fence and backed in a quite street. Very private. We found the pool chilly when we first arrived, I contacted management as we had paid for pool heat for our 9 day stay, they sent a technician to the home within an hour and confirmed the heat was not working. They fixed the problem and within an hour of him leaving, I received an email, they had credited us back the cost of 3 days of pool heat, which I thought was wonderful and appreciated. I have stayed in other communities where management has not been as responseive or understanding. The main community club had everything for a great day and tropical feel. Kids loved the free arcade games and water slides, we, the parents loved the lazy river. And being able to grab drinks and food poolside was great. We had an amazing stay and I highly recommended this home and gated community! We will be back!

Spring Break

We traveled during the first week of April, which is a pretty popular Spring break time. We were very happy with the house overall. It was very clean upon arrival and looked just like the online pictures. Certain things are starting to show some wear, but it was nothing that would prevent me from booking again. The pool was lovely and we liked having our own space when we didn’t feel like playing the chair game down at the big pool. Location to Disney was good, and we liked having a grocery store so close by.

Perfect Getaway: Inviting, Fun, and Packed with Great Amenities!

Our stay at this charming house was a delightful escape. From the inviting atmosphere to the endless fun and fantastic amenities, it exceeded our expectations. Whether lounging in the cozy living area, enjoying board games in the game room, or relaxing in the backyard oasis, every moment was filled with joy. The fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bedrooms, TV outside added to the experience. It's the ultimate destination for a memorable getaway.

Beautiful, Safe and clean

Great house , exactly like the pictures. The teens loved the pool and the mini golf. Close drive to Disney, shopping and restaurants.

Great choice for offsite Disney stay

Very clean and spacious home. As advertised. The kids loved the heated private pool as well as the water park on rest days. Great choice if you want to stay offsite for a Disney trip. We cooked out on the grill almost daily so that was another nice benefit. Would definitely recommend.

Great family vacation home

A beautifully decorated, bright and spacious modern home. We stayed for 2 weeks and settled in very quickly. The street was well manicured and very quiet which was great. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this home if we went back to the same area. The host was quick and efficient with communication and was very helpful. Definitely worth 5 stars! Thank you - Paula 😀

Beautiful House!

The house was immaculately clean and the furniture like new. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature The back of the house faced west so we got sun in the evenings and cooked on the grill (which they filled with gas for a small charge) We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters so had lots of room. Comms with the agent through the app was polite and really helpful and quick to respond. The communal pool a few mins drive or 10 min walk was good but got quite crowded, the lifeguards were a bit over zealous but it was really clean and fun Good location for all the usual Florida spots Great base to do Disney parks from and a good place to chill after The clubhouse could do with a restaurant and bar really as you had to Uber to get anywhere for food and drinks

Lovely house

The house was perfect, great location, great facilities, kids loved the gaming area and aclrcade machines, swimming pool and the general size of the house. They also loved the resort swimming pool with a lazt river and water slides. Really enjoyable, just a shame it was only a week The communications with the owner were great and timely. Would definitely stay again
