We had booked this property as the pictures of the property were fantastic. We arrived and the photos had obviously been taken a long time ago. The wall coverings in the themed bedrooms were all ripped, especially in the princess themed room themes room

Inside details and ammenities

Washer would not work unless filled up by hand, fridge and freezer made food warm which spoiled, broken patio chair with table chair outside, paid for a grill when we didn’t need to, and water park was free which we were not informed till last day prior to leaving, refund for grill?

Difficult Management Company

The kids rooms are really cute but we had to buy our own pots and pans, mixing bowl, broom and mop. We did leave the broom and mop so hopefully others can use. We also rented a grill and the propane tank was broken. We ran out and exchanged the tank the first night so we could cook dinner but company would not reimburse for the tank we had to swap. The master bedroom sheets were also torn. Excellent location.

Needs to be better equipped. There where no dish cloths or tea towels. Only had 4 wash cloths. Had to go buy some. Only 1 small frying pan for a 6 bedroom house. They house itself was comfortable.

Just fine, not amazing though

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The space of the rooms and the shared spaces of the house were what we needed. The cleanliness was not up to par, the parking is a major issue, and the house upkeep in general was not amazing. There were ants in the bathrooms, some of the light fixtures didn’t work, and it just seemed like the bare minimum was put into the property as far as fixing damages from previous rentals. This being said, the house did its job and was a good space for our families to gather in one place. The location was excellent, just about 15 to 20 minutes from Disney, which was perfect. The host of this property was very responsive, which is definitely a plus! They were attentive to the maintenance requests that I had submitted right when we arrived. For future renters, be aware that only three cars can enter the community. I was under the impression that only three cars could park overnight, but really it’s only three cars can enter the community.

Good location, poor maintenance follow up. Pool water green when arrived. Took 14 days to clear.

Needs updating. Pool water green when we arrived, got "greener" over next few days, became unusable for 3-4 days, 14 days before we could see bottom of pool. Air-con failed for last 4 days of stay, repeated contact, no visit from engineer, not sorted , spent last 4 days sweltering in Villa. Your "expected" to wait in for repair men to call whilst on holiday therefore you tend not to report issues.

Overall great!

We had a great time at this property. We spent all of our days at the theme parks so I can't comment on the amenities of the resort becuase we stayed too busy to use them! We stayed 1 full week. This was a great location within the resort, close to the entrance and on a corner lot. The interior was as described but it has definitely seen some rental love! It was very clean but cabinet drawers were loose, wall paper in the princess room was peeling and the beds had sinking mattresses. The high chair was a restaurant style and had been repaired a few times already, it is in its last leg before completely collapsing. It is just time for a thorough maintenance check on everything inside. The outdoor lanai was beautiful and we enjoyed the heated pool after long days at the park with achy feet. We would definitely stay here again but will ensure the beds have been repaired for next time. This is a wonderful community and the house was great for our family. We had family occupying all rooms-the Harry Potter room had the biggest wow factor-it was perfect! The Princess room was great outside of the wallpaper peeling. Overall a great place to stay and we will likely return as the price was great, resort beautiful, and proximity to thr theme parks could not be beat! Save yourself some money, give yourself more space and stay off theme park property!

Nice house if not spending your time at the home

Check in process was horrible. I went to the gate after flying all day just to be told they didn’t have my name for the unit listed. Was sent away due to this. Spent a half hour debating what we would be doing should we not be let in our vacation rental. Sent emails, texts and phone calls to the nova vacation rental number. The next day I called the property manager to inquire about the pin for the roku so that we could install an app and login ourselves. The property manager never contacted me back. I called again Wednesday afternoon to inform them that a knob on the stove fell off. Again no call returned. I’m glad I didn’t encounter anything serious as I’m sure no call would of been returned. If you are traveling with an infant bring a sheet for the crib as there was no sheet for the crib. Towels were white and had stains. The house is nice and big. Rooms are definitely smaller than the pictures lead one to think. Pool and hot tub was awesome. Hot tub would sometime drain to the point where nobody could be in it.

Great for family fun

This location was wonderful for bringing family together. The property manager was open to communication & very helpful! We enjoyed the pool. Towels and wash clothes need to be updated.

Good

We loved the house and space. It is very close to the community pool and kids' play. All Kids and adults enjoyed the game room. However, there are few things that need to be updated/fix in the house. it is very minor but we found it very disappointed. Overall this house is perfect for a group of friends and family.

Didn't want to leave when our stay ended.

The home is amazing and all that it is listed as. We had plenty of room. The decor was beautiful. Our family truly enjoyed. We were close to all the theme parks and everything else we wanted to do. The only trouble we had was some of the televisions (3) had no signals and management failed to respond. Also the refrigerator didn't cool. If those few things are addressed prior to booking, I highly recommend the property.

Perfect house for 3 families, walking distance to the clubhouse

What a great stay! We loved having our own pool and the backyard was so relaxing. We were here for a cheer competition at espn and it was a great location to easily get there and all the Disney parks. I would recommend this property to anyone.
