Fully renovated and regularly updated, Chez Mickey is an outstanding luxury single story executive home situated on a large lot. The home is fully air-conditioned and provides high speed Internet WiFi (45Mbps) and a southwest facing pool with hot tub. Located in Tuscan Ridge, just off Highway 27, Chez Mickey is minutes from all the major attractions and some of the best golf courses that Florida has to offer.

The Great Room : A large bright great room with patio doors gives access to the sparking pool and expansive screened deck. The great room is furnished with a large sectional sofa, a 60 inch 3D High Definition television system with more than 200 TV Channels, a Blu-Ray DVD Player, CD Player, and a cable connection free for our guests.

The Front Living Room : Entering the home you will find a large living area with cable HDTV and an XBOX 360 console - complete with a selection of games. The room is furnished to a high standard with large comfortable sofas. The room is ideal for some quiet time reading, planning daily activities or as a play area for family members.

The Kitchen : Recently renovated with stunning granite counter tops, the kitchen is adjacent to the great room and is fully fitted with all desirable modern appliances. Included in the home is a dishwasher, microwave oven, waste disposal, gas stove and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Also included is a coffee maker, toaster, blender and cabinets full of dishware, glasses, plastic dishware for the pool, cutlery, pots/pans and cooking utensils. A convenient pass through bar and informal dining area with pool view complete the kitchen area.

The Dining Room is adjacent to the front living room and features a large table and six chairs, perfect for family dining.

The Master Suite is luxuriously furnished with a beautiful king size bed, side tables and a large dresser with arched mirror. The room is equipped with a 32' cable HDTV, clock radio and ceiling fan. Patio doors from the bedroom give a great view of the pool area. Adjacent to the master suite is a large walk-in closet and a superbly sized enclosed bathroom, including a large garden tub, separate walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. A separate room for the water closet is available. A hair dryer is provided for your use.

The Rear Master Suite incorporates a queen size bed, double closet, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and cable 32"HDTV. The pool bath is adjacent to this bedroom with with a large shower, water closet and vanity sink. A hairdryer is also available for your convenience.

Twin Rooms : The two twin rooms are accessed via an inner hall from the great room. Each twin has two twin beds. Both rooms are beautifully furnished with double closets and ample drawer space. These are adjacent to the hall bathroom which comprises a vanity sink and tub with overhead shower. There is a 32" HDTV in each twin room.

Bed linens and towels are provided for all bedrooms. We also have pool towels to be used by the pool.

The Southwest Facing Pool : At 28ft X 15ft, the oversized pool has an extended deck area that offers plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing on sunny days. Plenty of chaise lounges are available. Two outdoor fans are situated under the shade of the large lanai to give cooling breezes. A 6 seat dining table is located under the covered lanai for poolside dining. Outside on the pool deck there is an external hot tub with 4 seats, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The pool is equipped with a child safety fence to help keep children away from the pool area. The safety fence will be installed upon your arrival. We have a separate/ private patio for grilling and a grill for guest use, upon request.

The Game Room offers a billiard table, ping pong table, foosball game and dart board. Tennis racquets and balls are available should you wish to visit the Tuscan Ridge tennis court. Other Things to Note:
1.The Primary guest is required to sign a mandatory rental agreement form: STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Only guests detailed on the booking form are permitted on the property. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance and a fee may apply. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location. 4. The heated hot tub is included in the rental of the property. Pool heat is additional fee, if available. The pool heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional fee. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. *Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own BBQ grill 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up and there is a sperate bin for recycling items. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service. 7.This Villa is secured with a pool alarm/safety gate for our guests’ safety.8. Please note, Community quiet hours are 10pm – 8am.

We supply the home with one roll of toilet paper per toilet, one roll of paper towels, guest soaps for each sink, two garbage bags and one dishwashing tablet. Please bring or purchase other personal items that you require.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
